“If you abide in Me, and My words abide in you, you will ask what you desire, and it shall be done for you.” John 15:7 NKJV
Prayer is most essentially the Godhead communicating with Himself in union with us. We pray with the help of the Holy Spirit in the name of Jesus to the Father. The Holy Spirit makes intercession for us according to the Will of God (Romans 8:27). Jesus said the Holy Spirit will remind us of God’s Word. That means God wants to exercise His authority through us.
Jesus has granted access to ask the Father whatever we wish for. The Father always grants the wishes of His Son. That’s why we pray in His Name. That’s His authority. But prayer is not only praying in His Name, it’s also praying His Word. We pray God’s Word in God’s Name to God as God’s way of involving us in God’s Will for us. We are partakers of the divine nature.
God’s Spirit dwells in you. God’s Word abides in you. What is more intimate than this? You in Christ and Christ in you. The indwelling of not just God’s Spirit but also God’s Word. This is what changes our lives forever. The Spirit of the Word is the Word of the Spirit. The Spirit and the Word work hand in hand and are One (1 John 5:7). God not only wants us to be One with Him in Spirit, but also one in Word, where His Word is our words. 2 Corinthians 4:13 says, “And since we have the same Spirit of faith, according to what is written, “I believed and therefore I spoke,” we also believe and therefore speak”.
Since we have the same Spirit, we can also speak according to the same Word. That’s the only way all our prayers are answered. It’s when you’re so intertwined with God’s Spirit that He speaks His Word through you to Him and He fulfills His Word to you through Him. Thus, even in a prayer of request, we get to participate in the eternal communion that exists in the Godhead.
It’s that place of intimacy where you’re so full of God’s Spirit and God’s Word that your wishes and desires are His wishes and desires. And when you pray God’s own Word to Him, God answers because He always fulfills His own Word.
2 Corinthians 4:13 NIV It is written: “I believed; therefore I have spoken.” Since we have that same Spirit of faith, we also believe and therefore speak.”
The way to bring a spiritual reality into the physical is by believing in your heart and confessing with your mouth. Even God operates by this principle. The first time words were used, it was used to create. Literally everything we see and has been made was first a thought. The thought was believed and voiced out, before anyone even got to work on it. From trees to buildings to businesses. Think about it!
Confessing with your mouth but not believing in your heart carries no weight and substance. That is why we need revelation before we can make effective confessions. Imagination is how the enemy can get you to believe something so you can confess it into reality. Whatever you continually set before you becomes your reality. Because spirits know that unless something becomes so real to you inwardly, you cannot confess it outwardly for it to come to pass.
See, one of the major reasons why demons prefer to possess humans is because we legally possess the right to speak things into our realm. If the enemy can speak in the spirit and cease your vocal cords to speak hurtful words on your friend, he can destroy your friend’s self-esteem continually by your words, legally. Not every thought should come out of your mouth. He Spoke, therefore I Speak! The Greek word for confession is homologeo. Homo means one. Logeo is Logos; the word. One Word! This is why we listen to hear God speak a Word. When we hear, we believe and then speak. One Spirit, one mind, one faith, one Word.
The truth about believing in our heart is that whatever you really believe in your heart, you will naturally and eventually confess it. It is also possible to simply believe in your mind without believing in your heart. This is why we meditate on God’s Word until the Word becomes real to us. That’s what we call Rhema. At that point, you begin to proclaim and confess and declare the Word of God by the inspiration of the Spirit.
James 1:6/Mark 11:23 teaches us that we shouldn’t doubt in our minds when and after we confess. Confession is not magic. It’s an act of faith, not spells. Whether it unfolds immediately or years later, you are not moved because you have evidence of things not seen. Whether you believe it or not, you are where you are today because of some confessions you made in the past. We confess to confirm. Whatever we confirm, we become a witness of. If we are witnesses unto Christ, we ought to confess Christ and confirm His Word to the nations.
Confession is always in past tense. It is agreeing with what God has said. That means God has to speak first before we can confess what He has said. Proclamation, on the other hand, is giving an announcement. Once you give an announcement and your word falls to the ground, that means you didn’t have the right or authorization to give such an announcement. An announcement is how people are ushered into their destinies or their next level, and how seasons and eras are changed.
You can proclaim praise for creation to follow suite. Declaration is affirming what has been established by authority. We decree to declare. If nothing has been decreed, nothing can be declared. Psalms 2:7 says “I will declare the decree: The Lord has said to Me…”.
By confessing, you acknowledge and align to God’s provision and truth. Confessions are to God while proclamations are about God to others. By declaring, you enforce what God has already established concerning you. Rebellion is what characterizes the kingdom of darkness. They are stubborn. They don’t care about what God has said about you as long you don’t know. Even if you know, they will still try you. You will need to declare what has been decreed. Declare God’s truth in the face of temptation, opposition and contradictions to overcome.
Now that you know this, how can you keep quiet? Confess! Proclaim! Declare!
The main reason for prayer is intimacy – let’s not miss that. Prayer is also important for alignment and agreement. Prayer is a technology by which we agree with what God has predestined in our lives, and it gives God the legitimacy to align us for its manifestation. Let me tell you a story: My boss issued the printer on Friday, but the lights were out, and the printer was off. When I came to work on Monday and turned on the printer, guess what? The command was issued, and the printouts came. Then I caught the revelation.
I can submit my requests before God, no matter the season. When the set time comes and the gates are opened, my requests will become a reality. It doesn’t matter how long it takes…as long as that command has been issued, it will come to pass. Just as printers are so stubborn that once you issue the command, it will continue to print even while you try to stop it, that answer to your prayer cannot be stopped.
My dear, no prayer made according to the Will of God goes to waste. You made a petition to an Eternal God who remains the same generation after generation. This is the Kindness of God. He gives us more than we ask for, and gives us all that we ask for in His Name so that we lack no good thing. This technology is not only for things. It is for everything in God. Anything God can give by His Omnibenelovence, you can ask according to His Will.
In Revelation 6, we see martyrs in Heaven reminding God of their prayers. No prayer according to His Will falls to the ground. It may not come to pass while you’re alive, but it shall all surely come to pass. The LORD told me, “There comes a season where every seed you have sown in prayer will bear fruit in its season. Sow more seedlings“. Let God send His angels ahead of you; pray for your children’s children. Pray for your future. Pray for your children’s marriage. Be proactive in prayer; don’t wait for something to go wrong or be missing before you react in prayer.
If I had known that prayer had this technology, I would have started praying at the age of 3. It’s not too late. Pray ahead. Let your prayers go ahead of you. Pray for your children’s workplaces. It doesn’t matter if you don’t have children now. Pray for your retirement. You can pray ahead of time. Every effectual fervent prayer of the righteous shall come to pass. Every single one of them. Agree with God with what He wants done in your life and in the earth, and behold His faithfulness in answering when you call.
You may not know this but you’re walking in the prayers of old. About one-fifth of the Bible is prayer. Many if not all directly apply to you. You can take it as a receipt, send it before God and cash out. After that, you put in as many requests as possible so you can continually cash out always at all times. In fact, the measure of the supernatural in your life is directly proportional to your prayer input.
Secret 03: A Good Foundation and A Good Environment are the Viable Conditions for Growth and Abundance
Matthew 13:8 CEV But a few seeds did fall on good ground where the plants produced 100, 60 or 30 times as much as was scattered.
When you read the parable of the Sower in Matthew 13, Jesus describes four soils/environments. The first environment was blocked at the top and at the bottom. The one that fell on rocky grounds was blocked at the bottom. The one that fell among thorns among thorns was blocked at the top. What did the last soil described have that the others didn’t have? a good foundation and a good environment.
This will always be true; you will reflect what you set before you. If you want to be conformed to the image of Christ, look unto Jesus. You are in the world but not of the world. That means you realise that you being seated in heavenly places is your true environment, and thus you live your life from such a reality; from Heaven towards earth, not vice versa.
Set your mind and keep focused habitually on the things above [the heavenly things], not on things that are on the earth [which have only temporal value].
Colossians 3:2 AMP
That means you carry the Ecosystem of God. Although the kitchen is room temperature, the temperature of the room doesn’t affect you because you are on fire, literally. You are on the stove with constant heat and fire that changes your atmosphere and affects your environment. You are a victor and not a victim.
Jesus said ”The seeds that fell among the thornbushes are also people who hear the message. But they start worrying about the needs of this life and are fooled by the desire to get rich. So the message gets choked out, and they never produce anything” (Matthew 13:22 CEV).
Your true environment is not your surroundings. There’s a difference. Your environment is internal; your subconscious mind, thoughts, wills, desires, imaginations and self-talks. You can be surrounded by the most brilliant minds but if this environment speaks of self-doubt, failure, mediocrity and pride, it will amount to nothing.
Create an environment for God’s Word to grow in you, otherwise, you won’t experience abundance. “If you abide in Me, and My Words abide in you…”. I just released a Kingdom Key secret to you. Paul said it this way, (Colossians 3:16 GNT) “Christ’s message in all its richness must live in your hearts. Teach and instruct one another with all wisdom. Sing psalms, hymns, and sacred songs; sing to God with thanksgiving in your hearts.”
This is what it means to meditate on God’s Word. To live in God’s reality, God’s Word must dwell in you richly. Meditation is not emptying your mind; it is filling your mind with the Word of God. That is what will make your way prosperous and give you good success, bearing fruit in every season.
Make sure your atmosphere is the Ecosystem of God. Pray internally as you about your daily tasks. Soak yourself in Spirit-filled music. Have alone time with God. Meditate on the Word. Surround yourself with like-minded people. That’s how you set yourself ablaze. Otherwise, the room temperature of the world will eventually make you lukewarm. Selah!
We do not belong to the spirit of this age. We are kings and priests of an eternal Kingdom. We are only ambassadors of the Kingdom of God in this world. This is how we win the battle against the spirit of this age that forces all to conform to its world system. Don’t be choked by the vicissitudes and needless worries of life. Seek the Kingdom and His righteousness.

Secret 01: Anything With No Foundation Will Spring Up Faster
Matthew 13:5 CSB “Other seeds fell on rocky ground where it didn’t have much soil, and it grew up quickly since the soil wasn’t deep.”
God has all the patience. Thus, it is one principle of discernment. If it is from God, it has the ability to last because God will invest in a strong foundation that will stand the test of time. Jesus plainly said in John 15:16 that His disciples bear fruits that last. If it’s from the enemy, it will come out of nowhere to lure the masses and die out. Gamaliel said it this way; “if this plan or this work is of human origin, it will fail; but if it is of God, you will not be able to overthrow them…”
So you shouldn’t be worried in life if you don’t see yourself “springing”. God will invest a solid foundation into something He believes is worthwhile. He is in no hurry like we are. He doesn’t run out of time. Even the enemy has learned strategic patience. He can patiently wait for thorns to grow with the seed of the Word and choke it before it bears fruit. In Revelation 12:4, the dragon was strategically waiting for the woman to give birth so it could devour the child.
Let us separate ourselves from a quick-fix, fast food, where-are-the-results, manifest-now-by-shortcuts-and-formulae, soft life, comfort zone generation. God does not change His Word, regardless of the generation. He will never put His name on a person He didn’t prepare. He Himself became man but still took 30 years to be prepared for a 3-and-a-half year ministry. This is also why you ought to be aligned with God, especially in seasons of preparation. God will never let you skip any process. It’s rather detrimental to you in the future. The more you go through the motions with Him, the better.
Not everything that springs up faster has a shallow foundation, but anything with a shallow foundation will spring up faster. Bamboo takes root for several years and then springs up faster. God wants you to go deeper before you can go lengthier. The deeper it is, the lengthier it becomes. Take this from an architect. The deeper the foundation, the taller the building. The deeper the depth, the higher the heights. You CANNOT go higher if you didn’t go deeper. Something the enemy cannot counterfeit, yet it’s God’s divine strategy to build a fruit that lasts.
Secret 02: When You Rush and don’t Build a Solid Foundation, what is Destined to Help You will rather Destroy You.
Matthew 13:6 CSB “But when the sun came up, it was scorched, and since it had no root, it withered away.”
Of all the things God created, trees are the only living things that don’t rely on other living things for food. Check the food chain. They produce their own food. Photosynthesis. Photo means light. Synthesis means building up. They essentially produce food using the elements; of light and water. However, any tree without a root will be scorched by the very sun meant to help it to be productive. The rains will even come and wash such a plant away. This is not a mystery.
Without a firm foundation, things meant to help you will rather destroy you. This is why, although the Israelites could have spent 40 days on their way to the Promised Land, they rather spent 40 years. It is yours but it won’t be given to you until you are prepared. Jesus said He won’t cast pearls before swine nor will He give what is holy to dogs (John 7:6). If you are not firm in humility, some breakthroughs will destroy you. You will become very proud. That’s why there are waiting seasons; so that patience teaches you humility.
The Bible says God will not let us be tempted higher than we can manage (1 Corinthians 10:13). People don’t like to hear this but it includes He shutting some good doors too. He is a very efficient God and will not waste resources by giving it to people who can’t steward it in any possible way at the time. That is why He gives according to each one’s abilities (Matt 25:15). Accept God’s time because God’s time is the best. If He says you’re ready, believe Him. If He says wait, trust Him. He always has your best interest at heart.
Sometimes, it’s not that the enemy has closed that door. That door is closed because you are being prepared for the appointed time it will be opened. A blessing becomes a curse in the hands of the unprepared. The prerequisite of sustaining a blessing is a solid foundation; preparation precedes promotion. Galatians 4 says it this way; “…as long as the heir is a child, he differs in no way from a slave, though he is the owner of everything. Instead, he is under guardians and trustees until the time set by his Father.” When the set time comes, the Spirit will be poured from on high, and the wilderness will become a fertile field, and the fertile field will yield bountiful crops. AMEN
On average, humans are quick to spot existing problems due to the fallen nature. However, we are never quick to see solutions in motion, especially when it’s a slow long-term one. Most good outcomes are only realized in retrospect. That notwithstanding, let me show you commendable long-term solutions in the Body of Christ today.
Corporate Fasting
For many recent years, as though it was communicated to everybody, every charismatic church fasts in January. This synchronous spiritual sacrifice must be noticed while we are at it, not when it is no more. “We used to” is the language of losers. Let’s recognize the power of what we are doing now. The first test of the 1st & 2nd Adam was food. Isn’t it amazing that at the gate of the year, we are fasting as a corporate group? Whether a 3, 7, 14, 21, 40 or even 90-day fast, there is a week in January where literally every church is fasting. How powerful & profound!
There are certain aspects that can only be effected at the corporate level. Even the prayer for the revival of nations does not take an individual as we think. What it takes the cumulative effect of several individuals across different generations to do, the corporate group of one generation can do. Now is not the time to fast for personal needs and breakthroughs. What God always does is bigger than the individuals involved. It took a long time for the shift to move from individuals to the ekklesia. Make sure that your prayers include praying for all the saints everywhere.
Rise of Teaching Priests & Apostolic Christianity
When Christianity begun to take root in Africa, there were a lot of syncretized doctrines. We mixed spiritism with the spiritual, and the end result was laughable. The earliest indigenous prophets were no different from native doctors, and soon, we couldn’t tell the difference as a body. Prophets could mount pulpits without a Bible and prophesy from beginning to the end because there was zero demand on them to preach the Word. This created a breeding ground for funny deceptions and lies due to a lack of firm foundation. Some believed sleeping with anointed men of God makes them anointed. Others believed Jesus was no different from one of the gods in their clan, and so on.
This problem have arisen in Europe & the Americas before, and how God solves it is by raising Prophetic Teachers & Teaching Prophets. Every prophetic ministry had teachings & every teaching ministry had the prophetic. This brings balance to the effective working together of the Word and the Spirit. In fact, anyone found lacking in either was eventually rooted out by God. Today, many will not believe but this is the best time in church history where both the Spirit and the Word have been highlighted without choosing one over the other as if they were opposites.
Unity of the Brethren
The Moses generation saw many lone rangers. They were so powerful and lofty in the Spirit that they became like God to their congregation. However, when such men fell or died, nobody had the rank to intercede for them or take up their mantle respectively. Joshua had Caleb, someone he can call brother. Today, our fathers have fathers. Our fathers also have others they can call brothers and sisters. From Moses to Joshua and Caleb and then to the entire tribe of Judah, we have become more united than before. Diversity is not the opposite of unity. Whatever we thought was contradictory was actually complementary.
At first, we used to see fights among each other because of the contradictions of our callings. The Holiness movement fought the Prosperity movement. The wisdom people fought the power people and vice versa. Now we realize we need each other because one person cannot carry it all. Our fellowship is not only with God; our fellowship is also with one another. We are family, related by the blood of Jesus & the Spirit that dwells in us individually and corporately. People listen to their pastors and listen to other pastors without necessarily joining the other pastor’s congregation. This has reduced the monopoly of pastors to lead their entire congregation astray when they themselves go astray. God has people even though there are more people who aren’t fully living up to the destiny upon their life. That notwithstanding, there is unity among the brethren.
Signs and wonders of past times and ones that have never happened before are happening today. It hasn’t always been like that. Young people are carrying ancient mantles, apostles (sent ones) are many in the marketplace, even entire cabinets of Spirit-filled Christians is becoming the norm. Transformation is happening among individuals, the corporate group and eventually, nations. Recognize the times you’re living in. These are the last days, the amalgamation of it all. If the Bible was written in our time, you’ll be shocked at how many of these wonderful things will be documented. It’s time to rise and walk on the path of our destiny. The church is marching on from glory to glory. You were born for such a time as this. If you’re slothful, you’ll miss your slot.
Sin is man’s greatest problem, not merely because of what it does outwardly, but because of what it separates inwardly. From the moment it entered, sin brought guilt, corruption, death, and distance from God, leaving humanity unable to restore itself. Christ did not come to manage sin, reform behavior, or postpone judgment. He came to deal with it fully, decisively, and forever.
In His coming, God addressed sin from every possible dimension, leaving nothing unresolved and nothing undone. The Scriptures reveal this complete work through twelve interconnected realities: blood, water, fire, garment, fragrance, oil, light, body, cross, sacrifice, life, and Spirit. Together, they testify that sin has been confronted, judged, removed, and replaced with life in Christ. Let’s explore!
BLOOD
1. Hebrews 9:14 How much more shall the blood of Christ, who through the eternal Spirit offered Himself without spot to God, purge your conscience from dead works to serve the living God?
2. Revelation 1:5 Unto Him that loved us, and washed us from our sins in His own blood.
3. Ephesians 1:7 In whom we have redemption through His blood, the forgiveness of sins, according to the riches of His grace.
WATER
1. Galatians 3:26-27 For you are all sons of God through faith in Christ Jesus. For as many of you as were baptized into Christ have put on Christ.
2. Ephesians 5:26 That He might sanctify and cleanse it with the washing of water by the Word.
3. 1 John 5:6 This is He that came by water and blood, even Jesus Christ; not by water only, but by water and blood.
FIRE
1. Matthew 3:11 He shall baptize you with the Holy Ghost, and with fire.
2. Malachi 3:2-3 For He will carry out a purifying process. He will be like a refiner’s fire or a launderer’s bleach. He will be as a silversmith who sits refining and purifying silver. He will purify the Levites, refining his priests until they are like pure gold and fine silver. Then I, Yahweh, will have those who bring me offerings in righteousness.

GARMENT
1. Isaiah 61:10 He has clothed me with the garments of salvation, He has covered me with the robe of righteousness.
2. Romans 13:14 But put on the Lord Jesus Christ, and make no provision for the flesh, to fulfill its lusts.
3. Revelation 7:14 And have washed their robes, and made them white in the blood of the Lamb.
FRAGRANCE
1. Ephesians 5:2 …Christ loved us and gave Himself up for us as a fragrant offering and sacrifice to God.
2. II Corinthians 2:15 For we are to God the fragrance of Christ among those who are being saved and among those who are perishing.
3. Psalms 45:8 All Your garments are scented with myrrh and aloes and cassia, out of the ivory palaces, by which they have made You glad.
OIL
1. Isaiah 10:27 It shall come to pass in that day that his burden will be taken away from your shoulder, And his yoke from your neck, And the yoke will be destroyed because of the anointing oil.
2. Leviticus 8:12 He poured some of the anointing oil on Aaron’s head, thereby anointing him to make him holy.
3. 1 John 2:20 But you have an unction from the Holy One, and you know all things.
LIGHT
1. John 1:7 Ephesians 5:8 For you were once darkness, but now you are light in the Lord. Walk as children of light.
2. John 8:12 I am the light of the world: He that follows me shall not walk in darkness, but shall have the light of life.
3. 1 Peter 2:9 But you are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, His own special people, that you may proclaim the praises of Him who called you out of darkness into His marvelous light;
THE BODY
1. Hebrews 10:10
And by that will, we have been made holy through the sacrifice of the body of Jesus Christ once for all.
2. 1 Peter 2:24 Who His own self bare our sins in his own body on the tree, that we, being dead to sins, should live unto righteousness: by whose stripes ye were healed.
3. John 1:29 Behold the Lamb of God, which taketh away the sin of the world. (Implied sacrificial body offered for sin).
THE CROSS

THE SACRIFICE
1. Hebrews 9:26–28 But now once in the end of the world has He appeared to put away sin by the sacrifice of Himself. So Christ was once offered to bear the sins of many; and unto them that look for him shall he appear the second time without sin unto salvation.
2. Hebrews 10:12 But this man, after he had offered one sacrifice for sins for ever, sat down on the right hand of God.
3. 1 Peter 3:18 For Christ also has once suffered for sins, the just for the unjust, that he might bring us to God, being put to death in the flesh, but quickened by the Spirit.
LIFE
1. John 10:10 I am come that they might have life, and that they might have it more abundantly.
2. Romans 5:10 For if, when we were enemies, we were reconciled to God by the death of his Son, much more, being reconciled, we shall be saved by His life.
3. 1 John 5:11-12 And this is the record, that God has given to us eternal life, and this life is in his Son. He that has the Son has life; and he that has not the Son of God has not life.
SPIRIT
1. Romans 8:2 For the law of the Spirit of life in Christ Jesus has made me free from the law of sin and death.
2. John 3:5-6 Except a man be born of water and of the Spirit, he cannot enter into the kingdom of God. That which is born of the Spirit is spirit.
3. Romans 8:10-11 And if Christ be in you, the body is dead because of sin; but the Spirit is life because of righteousness. But if the Spirit of him that raised up Jesus from the dead dwell in you, he shall also quicken your mortal bodies.
4. Galatians 5:16 Walk in the Spirit, and ye shall not fulfil the lust of the flesh.
5. Ephesians 1:14 The Holy Spirit is the down payment on our inheritance, which is applied toward our redemption as God’s own people, resulting in the honor of God’s glory.
• Blood deals with guilt • Water cleanses • Fire purifies • Fragrance satisfies God • Oil empowers • Garment covers • Light reveals • Body bears sin • Cross executes judgment • Sacrifice satisfies justice • Life restores what was lost • Spirit applies, seals, sustains, and completes it all.
This completes a twelvefold framework of Christ’s finished work in dealing with sin, revealing a single, coherent redemptive reality. The blood of Christ deals with guilt, redemption, forgiveness, and the cleansing of the conscience, while water cleanses, sanctifies, and incorporates the believer into Christ. Fire purifies and refines what belongs to God, burning away all that contradicts His holiness, and the garment of righteousness covers the believer with acceptance before God. Christ’s sacrifice rises as a fragrance that satisfies God, and the oil of anointing breaks yokes, empowers, consecrates, and enables true service. Light delivers from darkness, reveals truth, and governs the new walk of the believer.
In His body, sin was borne and judged once for all, and at the cross sin, accusation, and hostile powers were executed and defeated. Through His once-for-all sacrifice, divine justice was fully satisfied and sin was put away forever. Life is restored in Christ, eternal and abundant, replacing everything sin destroyed. The Spirit stands as the living agent who applies, seals, sustains, and completes all that Christ accomplished, for without the Spirit the work of Christ would remain historical, theoretical, and impersonal, but with the Spirit it becomes present, active, and eternal.
By His blood Jesus secured redemption, and by that same blood He made us forgiven and accepted; through water He cleanses, and so He made us clean by the washing of the Word; He baptizes with fire, and thus He kindles our hearts with holy zeal; He offered Himself as a sweet fragrance to God, and now our lives rise as a fragrance of Christ; He is the Anointed One, and He has given us the anointing by the Spirit.
He is righteous, and He clothed us with the garment of righteousness; He is the Light of the world, and He made us light in the Lord; He bore sin in His body, and made us His body on the earth; He died on the cross, and crucified the old man with Him; He became the once-for-all sacrifice, so we now offer spiritual sacrifices; He rose as Life, and made us alive together with Him; and through the eternal Spirit He accomplished all this, then gave us that same Spirit to dwell in us and make His finished work real and living within us.
This year, we have discussed the Wisdom of the devil and the Jurisdiction of the devil. The third of that series is the Morality of the devil. The enemy is evil. However, his evil is not just the opposite of righteousness but a counterfeit of it. From his perspective, that’s his embodiment of righteousness. Where he establishes his kingdom, he changes the system of morality. He has already been able to counterfeit every aspect of every system God has already established and righteousness is obviously one of them. Let’s delve in!
One of the ways to check if a society has been overwhelmingly influenced by the systems of the world of darkness is to check the moral standards. Righteousness is God’s way of being and doing right. It is simply having a right standing with God and doing what is pleasing in the sight of God. Thus, all laws and morals of a community is based the governing laws of God. Once God is erased from society, the moral standards of such a society will fall. People think morality is based on what majority agrees to be right. How flawed such a logic is. If we all agree that rape is not bad, it will not automatically stop rape from being bad.
In the series of altars, we have come to understand that humans were naturally created to be ambassadors. Whatever we do, we will have a master lording us from the higher realm. Thus, any society void of God’s moral standards has already adopted the morality of the devil. There’s no sitting on the fence. Take the family for instance; God’s moral standard says “male and female created He them”. The morality of the devil brings in many evil variations = queers, gays, trans etc, who cannot even be fruitful and multiply. This is just one example in one area. The truth is, many variations of lies can be generated from one truth although they are all are lies. Selah!
Not all moral standards of the Kingdom of darkness appear evil. The devil is not only a liar but a deceiver. He is not only interested in establishing a lie but twisting it so it’s accepted as gospel truth. There are certain sins people are involved in although they know it’s evil. Yet, there are others people will defend as good even though it is evil. That’s the major difference between a lie and a deception. One of the ways of living a deceitful life is what Jesus called the leavens of the Pharisee. It’s a hypocritical life of doing good in public but doing evil in secret. Another variation is being legalistic on little matters while denying the weightier matters.
In the kingdom of darkness, it is not only necessary to be evil but it’s a must to be self-righteous. Remember that the tree is called good and evil. The kingdom of darkness have their own definition of good. This good goes with evil. It “lightens” the weight of the evil you commit. You commit murder but give to the poor? Good! You drink blood and donate blood? Better! You are a leader in a coven and in a church? Awesome! Good and evil. It sears your conscience into feeling you’re doing evil for the greater good while deceiving those who see your good and not your evil. In fact, the devil prefers people who serve on both camps. After all, he used to serve in Heaven too. This is the wisdom of the devil = he didn’t need to create anything; he just created counterfeits of everything God did.
When you go to the villages where they still worship idols, you will see an established moral standard that seem upright. They worship satan and yet, incest is banned. They sacrifice their children to the idol and yet, stealing is dangerously prohibited. It’s as though sins of greed are allowed but sins of lust aren’t. Where sins of lust are permitted, sins of pride is banned. The devil is so cunning. When someone commits a prohibited sin, the people sinning differently (in the sin that’s celebrated) burn with self-righteousness against that person and serves them with justice. The establishment of righteousness is necessary for the appropriation of justice. Without righteousness, there’s no basis for justice.
Remember that one thing that is so important to the devil is justice. When you read the Jurisdiction of the devil, you’ll understand what I mean. Righteousness and justice are the very foundation of God’s throne (Psalm 89:14). His role as accuser of the brethren is tremendously tied to seeking justice against you. He understands justice so well that he has never broken any law outside of the jurisdiction God has held him. This same understanding of justice is how he secures a person or territory legally. It is also responsible for the purpose of desecration.
Desecration works the same way as consecration, only in the directly opposite way. Just as godly altars need to be serviced, so do demonic altars. Just as God’s priests must continually consecrate themselves so they can continually minister before the Lord at their altars, so do the ungodly priests. They must continually desecrate themselves for the justice of the altar to keep speaking. Just as there are generational blessings, there are generational curses. Many think generational curses are more effective because you don’t have to do anything for it to work against you. No, that’s not it.
There are generational blessings and curses but it doesn’t affect everyone. Those who enjoy the generational blessings in their family are those who consecrate themselves in alignment with the godly altar that was raised in the family. So Isaac and Jacob, you can’t marry anyone from anywhere and think the covenant of Abraham will still work for you. Obey the consecration. On the other hand, generational curses are more conversant because people obey the desecration that makes it possible for the generational curses to affect them. It may be drunkeness or fornication. Whatever it is, even if you’re a born-again Christian, justice demands that you inherit from the altar you keep servicing. Serious!
You cannot claim you’re the righteousness of God and yet, the self-righteous in the kingdom of darkness have more works of righteousness than you do. Exhibit the nature of righteousness in you by your words, works and walk. The tree of the knowledge of good and evil is basically the tree of death. Do not be deceived by the morality of the devil and the self-righteousness in the kingdom of darkness. Let your righteousness go forth as brightness and the LORD shall bring forth your righteousness as the light, and your justice as the noonday.
All praise to God, the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ. God is our merciful Father and the source of all comfort. He comforts us in all our troubles so that we can comfort others. When they are troubled, we will be able to give them the same comfort God has given us. 2 Corinthians 1:3-4 NLT
Comforted to Comfort
When you look at the world, what do you see? Through the eyes of righteousness, it’s an evil world. Remember when Jesus looked at the crowd with compassion in Matthew 9:36? Do you know why? They were helpless. When I see the world, I see pain. Go to town and look around. You will see suffering. Underneath all the anger and harsh talk is frustration and misery. The world is in dire need of comfort.
Here is a mystery; we are Comforted to Comfort. The more we comfort, the more the comfort multiplies. As agents of comfort, we don’t lose our comfort when we comfort others. There’s enough comfort for everyone. Comfort is one of the ways the church can save the lost for Christ. Christ Himself cried out, “Come to me all who are weary and carry heavy burdens, and I will give you rest.”
You cannot give what you don’t have. If you are not comforted, how will you comfort? Comfort is not the absence of troubles. Comfort is the presence of calmness at the battlefront and hope in the middle of the storm. It’s a transcending understanding that allows you to comfort someone while you sail go through your own sufferings.
How do we find comfort in order to comfort?
Access to Comfort
For the more we suffer for Christ, the more God will shower us with his comfort through Christ. 2 Corinthians 1:5 NLT
Whenever we go through afflictions as God’s children, our first instinct is to question God. “God, why me?”. “God, I’ve been faithful to you”. We make it feel like God has been such a huge letdown. He has disappointed the one person who has been faithful to Him for so long; you. How funny! He is God all by Himself and does not need to explain everything we have to suffer. Simply trust in His Fatherhood.
What we do not realise in all our circumstances is this; the more we suffer the more He showers us with blessings of comfort. Do you see how grace increases as sin increases? Do you see how blessings increase when praise increases? This is the mystery. This is called the Law of Exponential Increase. As suffering increases, so does the shower of Comfort increase. It’s not about what you go through; it’s about your capacity to endure. With this understanding, it means we are capable of enduring anything the Lord makes us go through.
God has not disappointed you amid your great suffering. He has not forsaken you. He has actually made a great provision. Instead of being offended, be reminded. He hasn’t deserted you. He is not far away from you. He hasn’t left you to suffer. If He wasn’t with you, do you think you could have gone through what you went through? Eventually, you realize He never failed you. Psalm 34:18 says he is rather closer to the brokenhearted. Instead of questioning Him as you suffer, why don’t you open up your heart to receive His comfort?
Hope Over Anxiety
And when I was burdened with worries, you comforted me and made me feel secure. Psalms 94:19 CEV
Yes, this world is unfair and “unfair” is an understatement. Yes the wicked succeed, the righteous suffer, the rich steal from the poor, and evil still persists. Yes, everything looks chaotic. Oh yes, your head aches whenever you think in that direction. You don’t even know what to do with your life anymore? You’re not alone. What you have lost is hope. Once you receive God’s comfort, your threshold to endure anything that comes your way increases.
Realize the importance of hope. There’s a reason why hope made it to the finals (hope, faith and love in 1 Corinthians 13:13). Whenever there’s invisible burdens and anxieties, it’s simply the absence of hope. If there’s no hope that your hard work will pay off, why the need for hard work, etc? As aforementioned, the unrealized prescription to this dilemma is COMFORT. The NLT version of the verse says, “When doubts filled my mind, your comfort gave me renewed hope and cheer.” Let God comfort you. Let Him teach you that the sufferings of this present time are not worthy to be compared to the glory which shall be revealed in us.
You really need Comfort so go to God, the source of all comfort, your Allos Parakletos ❣️Pray a simple sincere prayer; Holy Spirit, comfort my soul.
Caring is the most human thing to do. There are many words for “care” in Greek. Two of them are used in 1 Peter 5:7 and give the perfect difference between them.
“casting all your cares [all your anxieties, all your worries, and all your concerns, once and for all] on Him, for He cares about you [with deepest affection, and watches over you very carefully].”
1 PETER 5:7 AMP
Cast all your cares because He cares. Wow. Should we actually cast all our cares? Will that make us careless or care less? Will that make us carefree or not care anymore?
Psychology says one of the most difficult tasks in life is to convince yourself that you do not care. You will have to repeat it over and over to yourself and others and you will still not find peace. No matter what you are in the world; liberal, criminal, realist, atheist, even the worst person on earth, there is someone or something you care about because that is how you were designed; to care. This orchestration to care reaches its max when one becomes a parent, biologically or logically.
What about faith? When I have an issue at hand, isn’t it normal to worry about it? Real faith is not denying the existence of a problem. It simply denies the problem a place of influence. My substance of faith is not based on my circumstances but on the reality of what isn’t yet seen. Real faith does not cause me to deny that I don’t have money or that I need money; it makes me emotionally stable in my financial crisis because my conviction is not based on what I see. That is just beautiful. The vicissitudes of life is no justification to be worried.
Worrying doesn’t mean you care. Worry is the sin of leaning on your understanding instead of trusting in God. Jesus said in Matthew 6:27, “Who of you by worrying can add a single hour to his life?”. Worrying is anxious care. The Greek word for the word “worrying” has the same root word for the word “cares” in the verse “casting all your cares”. It means solicitude. It has an idea of distraction. Any form of care that makes you anxious is called worry. Beloved, let us not normalize worry. Worry is a problem that has never solved any problem. As humans, are we supposed to worry sometimes? The answer is in 1 Peter 5:7. Worrying is pretending you care more than the God who said He’ll take care of it.
Worry is one of those sins that is so subtle. It can show up in your own words to curse your life. We speak 150-300 per minute. That is about 50,000 words a day. 70% is subconscious. Research says we have a negativity bias and tend to value negative thoughts over positive ones. 95% of what we say is repeated most of the time. “As a man thinketh in his heart, so he is.” (Prov 23:7). What have you been thinking about and saying to yourself in the loneliness of your thinking? As Joyce Meyer would say, “Think about what you are thinking about”. Have you brought negative thinking from your distant past into your immediate future?
Matthew 13:20-21 says “the seed on the rocky soil represents those who hear the message and immediately receive it with joy. But since they don’t have deep roots, they don’t last long. They fall away as soon as they have problems or are persecuted for believing God’s word.” Worry comes to attack the Word of God you have. If the Word has no root in you, you will let go of the Word. We can all say nice words until hard times hit. When worry attacks you, do you hold on to God’s Word in your heart or the Word was simply in your head so what is planted in you wilts under the heat of the sun?
Worry does nothing but pull you down. When you’re worried that something may happen, worry doesn’t stop it from happening. It doesn’t make you human. It makes you a prophet of doom over your own life. It breaks you down. It distracts you and distorts your reality towards negative aspects. Worry is a burden. It is burdensome. It changes your focus. It makes you focus on your problem instead of your solution. It magnifies the problem with increasing attention. If you give in to worry every time life becomes hard, worry will control your life in hard times where you need peace and joy the most.
It all starts with denormalizing worry in your mindset. Realise that you don’t have to worry for a single moment in your life, because Jesus is your rest. Worrying is not planning. Worrying is not caring. Worrying is not thinking. Worrying is stressful. I can think about what I will eat, drink and wear tomorrow without worrying about it. Whenever you begin to worry, think about God’s Truth concerning the matter and cast it ALL on Him. You will realise that many of the things we worry about are actually petty petty things. No problem is ever bigger than God. We have a Father who is willing to take care of us all the way. Put your trust in Him. He knows your end because He planned it.
Worry can be used as an English word but should not be tempered emotionally. You were made to care, not to worry. Language may mix it but don’t mix it emotionally. Care is heartfelt love. Worry is a mind disturbance. Jesus’ yoke is easy and His burden is light. He gives us rest for our souls. Read Matthew 11:28-30. “So do not worry about tomorrow; for tomorrow will worry about itself. Each day has enough trouble of its own.” Care because you do. “Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God.”
The Bible is not just a book. This is the Word of God. It is Spirit and Life. The mere words killeth but there is what I call “the Spirit of the Word” that gives it life. The Spirit of the Word and the Word of the Spirit are one. All Scripture is God-breathed.
When we say the Bible is highly prophetic, we are not only referring to the prophecies that were fulfilled and are being fulfilled spoken of by Scripture. We are also referring to its prophetic interpretations, which is allowed. See, you may not know the context, the Greek or Hebrew or even the semantics. However, once you can read and the Rhema jumps at you, you can insert yourself into the reality the Scriptures offers.
In simple words, every story, every anointing, every exploit, every miracle, every height, every depth, every move, every single one you see in Scripture is still alive and available in Christ. In order to carry that consciousness, you insert yourself into the Scripture. You may not know the context, but as long as it resonates with you by the work of the Holy Spirit, you can lay hold of the Word. Prophecy is foretelling of the future. Prophecy is also forthtelling the future. By confessing the Scriptures, you are forthtelling. Your future in Christ has already been predetermined. Agree with God’s Word concerning you.
The Word you are reading may have been spoken thousands of years ago, but it is still alive. That is why the more you read, the more you are being transformed. Insert your name and lay hold of the consciousness of it by declaring it until it becomes your reality. Once you carry the consciousness, you will soon produce the results. Let me show you some wonderful examples;

If you treat this as a magic formula, get ready to be disappointed. Also, if you think it’s something you say once and it just happens, I’m sorry. It takes repetition for it to enter your subconscious reality. Inserting yourself into the reality of Scripture is more of inserting the Word of God into you. It allows you to meditate until you build the consciousness. At the beginning, you may be declaring it but not necessarily believe it. However, with time, the Word comes alive as it is activated by the Spirit inside you. The reason why this is very necessary is because negative confessions during hard times is like pouring hot water on a sore.
Whatever situation you find yourself, gather relevant Scriptures on your area of focus, study those Scriptures and meditate on them, write prayer points from those Scriptures and pray them in line with the Word, document them and turn them into declarations. The Word of God on your lips, spoken by the inspiration of the Spirit of God, carries the same weight as the words from the mouth of God. It is God’s Word, not yours. Let it become real to you first and see it become real in your life.
The Danger of Personal Interpretation
Personal interpretation is addressed in the Bible, particularly in the context of prophetic interpretation and scriptural understanding. In 2 Peter 1:20-21 , it is written: “Above all, you must understand that no prophecy of Scripture comes from one’s own interpretation. For no prophecy was ever brought about through human initiative, but men spoke from God as they were carried along by the Holy Spirit.” This entire exercise I explained to you, although it involves your personal engagement, it is actually initiated by the Holy Spirit. No, you cannot name and claim what belonged to someone in Scriptures because of your own selfish reasons.
So no, you cannot claim the coat of many colours of Joseph, the sandals of the prodigal son and the helm of Jesus’ garment. But if these begin to resonate with you by the work of the Holy Spirit, it may be your Rhema into receiving a multi-coloured grace, a place of dignity and healing. Selah!
Jesus decided to die for our sins and He did, at the set time. However, it’s sometimes confusing to know the role of Judas in the whole story. Jesus was on a mission to die for our sins. That’s the reason why He came. Did He need Judas’ help? Was Judas’ role even necessary? Does it mean if Judas hadn’t betrayed Jesus, Jesus wouldn’t have died? Did Jesus really need Judas to betray Him? Well, it wasn’t a matter of need. Just as certain actions (of the first Adam specifically) necessitated the need for Jesus to come and die for us, certain actions established Judas in the equation.
When you study the Bible carefully, you would realise that Judas was not the only weapon Satan used in the entire story. In Psalm 22:12-16, it was prophesied that the ones the enemy had prepared were the bulls of Bashan, raging and roaring lion, and dogs. Acts 4:27 identifies these entities as Herod, Pontius Pilate with the Gentiles (soldiers), and the people of Israel. However, Judas is given a fully separate prophecy in Psalm 109. As if Israel as a nation rejecting Jesus was not enough, one of Jesus’ own disciples had to betray him. It wasn’t prophesied that Peter should deny him but it was prophesied that one of the disciples should betray Him? Why?
30 Pieces of Silver
Before you can understand the entire story, you need to understand this amount of money first. The Law of Moses established 30 pieces of silver as the purchase price for a slave. Exodus 21:32 says “if the ox kills a male or a female servant, the owner shall give to the servant’s master thirty shekels/pieces of silver [the purchase price for a slave], and the ox shall be stoned”.
In Zechariah 11, the prophet symbolically acts as a shepherd representing God’s care for Israel, but the people reject him. When Zechariah ends his service, he asks them to pay him what they think his labor is worth, and they give him thirty pieces of silver, the compensation price for a slave in Exodus 21:32. God calls this a “handsome price,” with irony, showing Israel’s contempt for His covenant care. He then tells Zechariah to throw the money to the potter in the temple, symbolizing Israel’s rejection of God and the coming judgment. What coming judgement, you would ask? Or a better question will be, what exactly did the people of Israel do to warrant such a judgement?
The Potter’s Field
“The Lord said: Jeremiah, go to the pottery shop and buy a clay jar. Then take along some of the city officials and leading priests and go to Hinnom Valley, just outside the Potsherd Gate. Tell the people that I have said: I am the Lord All-Powerful, the God of Israel, and you kings of Judah and you people of Jerusalem had better pay attention. I am going to bring so much trouble on this valley that everyone who hears about it will be shocked. The people of Judah stopped worshiping me and made this valley into a place of worship for Baal and other gods that have never helped them or their ancestors or their kings. And they have committed murder here, burning their young, innocent children as sacrifices to Baal. I have never even thought of telling you to do that”. What you just read is Jeremiah 19.
So you see! At the time of Jeremiah, the people of Israel went to the lowest point of Israel, in a valley called Hinnom Valley. In fact, this is the valley from which we get the word “Gehenna”. Gehenna represents hell. At the time of Jeremiah, they were slaughtering their children on altars in this valley. It was literally the gates of hell as Baal and many other gods were worshipped here. In contrast, the Temple in Jerusalem sits on a mountain which was the highest point in Jerusalem in ancient times. Because Israel had committed this abomination for so long, the altar that birthed Judas was cemented into the coming judgement.
The Field of Blood
“Men and brethren, this Scripture had to be fulfilled, which the Holy Spirit spoke before by the mouth of David concerning Judas, who became a guide to those who arrested Jesus; for he was numbered with us and obtained a part in this ministry.” (Now this man purchased a field with the wages of iniquity; and falling headlong, he burst open in the middle and all his entrails gushed out. And it became known to all those dwelling in Jerusalem; so that field is called in their own language, Akel Dama, that is, Field of Blood)”. What you just read is Peter speaking in Acts 1:16-19.
When Judas returned the 30 pieces of silver, the chief priests of the Temple in Matthew 27:6 decided not to put the money back into the treasury. They knew that it was money used to betray innocent blood. Rather, they purchased a field with that money. Matthew 27:7-8 said “they consulted together and bought with them the potter’s field, to bury strangers in. Therefore that field has been called the Field of Blood to this day.”. Unbeknownst to even them, they had bought the same field Jeremiah stood about 600 years back to prophesy. Then was fulfilled what was spoken by Jeremiah the prophet, saying, “And they took the thirty pieces of silver, the value of Him who was priced, whom they of the children of Israel priced, and gave them for the potter’s field, as the Lord directed me”.
At the time of Jeremiah, it was a potter’s field. In the time of Jesus, although most parts of it were used as a refuse dump where fire burnt continually, there was a potter’s field there as well. Jesus talked about hell than any other person in Scriptures, and He usually used this particular place as the imagery for people to understand. The prophecy did not end there. The altar that birthed Judas is the same altar on which he died. The prophecy was not specifically for Judas per se, but the abominations of Israel had cemented a betrayer among his very disciples. This son of perdition not only represented the betrayal of Israel as a nation but cemented him as an antichrist figure birthed from the altars of abomination. No wonder the Bible said Satan entered him.
Altars are transgenerational. Abraham raised an altar and Jacob encountered God at the exact spot. Altars establish decrees and prophecies. No matter what this betrayer did, once he allows himself to be used, he can never be saved. He will forever be lost. Also, no prayer can cancel out what had already been established by the judgement. At this point, you should become excited at the number of things also cemented by God through Christ concerning you that absolutely nothing can alter.
The same Bible that said in the last days, the Spirit will be poured out on all flesh is the same Bible that says that in the last days, many shall depart from the faith. My question to you now is, which prophecy are you fulfilling? Both will come to pass. However, are you going to be a Judas or a John?
