  • Warfare Strategies of the Kingdom of God

Last year, I wrote extensively on a few of the many strategies the kingdom of darkness. By the Grace of God, we now get to go into the strategies of the Kingdom of God. I realized that the people of darkness are more aware about the strategies to perpetuate their kingdom agenda. However, the people of light have the power to shine in the darkness to bring incomprehension to their kingdom. I pray that in this light, you receive Light.

    David Strategy

David had a natural God-given gift for music and poetry right from childhood. As a teenager, he used to play the harp in the fields as angels danced. His anointing in this area was so strong that it was the first to open a door for him to the palace. This young man could play the harp to shine light into the darkness on King Saul. You would think God wanted him to operate in this area only for the rest of His life but no.

If any of us saw how David looked, we would be shocked to know that he never lost a battle. His stature was naturally not compatible with battle. Yet we get to see that God taught his hands to war. If we are going to take territories for the kingdom of God, we need to know and apply what I call the David strategy. Let us see how he defeated Goliath and caused his lineage to destroy the rest of the giants.

    GOLIATH: the Devil’s Fortified Weapon

David’s best height at the peak of his life was 5’2. As a teenager, Goliath would be twice as tall as David and 20 times well-trained at war

Many of us don’t realise that the enemy prepares for battle beforehand. He waited, observed, and preplanned how to get Adam and Eve to fall. His questions and timing for Jesus’ temptation were very intentional and well thought through. Goliath was the enemy’s strategy that he had planned for decades. Goliath was one of the devil’s most prepared weapons ever. As he was training Goliath with the sword, he made sure there was a lack of blacksmiths (and therefore a lack of swords) in Israel. By the time of the battle, only Saul and Jonathan had a sword in the entire army. Very strategic!

What is the church lacking in this season? Resources? Character? It may be a sinkhole orchestrated by the enemy for a more drastic warfare in the future. Israel’s loss of this battle would kick start their perpetual enslavement on their own land. God was looking for a man but found none in the military. King Saul, who for this very reason had become king, could not muster courage as he still thought little of himself. After 40 days of spiritual warfare of threats from the frontline demons of anxiety and fear, just as it seemed there was no hope, David showed up.

    Mind you, the enemy had soaked the people of God with threats, breeding fear in their hearts. It would take a miracle to save them. Meanwhile, God made sure David didn’t show up until the time was right. 2 years ago, he had been anointed king (something he won’t become until 15 years later). It was for this very purpose of warfare. This anointing was responsible for his courage to face the lion and the bear. Goliath trained for 20+ years. God only needed 2 years. How did David go from being a musician to a warrior? He shows us how God trained him in Psalm 18. Let’s dive in;

    1 Courage

“For by You, I can run against a troop..”. A troop is, at least, a 100 soldiers. Goliath needed to have fought with a troop but the enemy had an upper hand and dictated the rules of engagement; a one-on-one showdown. First of all, don’t play the devil’s game. You will lose. Don’t play by his rules. When the enemy employed his best wisdom, God deployed His foolishness to confound him. Instead of God using a giant, he used a teenager at puberty. David did not use the weapons of Saul. The weapons of the enemy are carnal (they appeal to the flesh and are based in the soul). “The weapons of our warfare are not carnal but mighty through God…”. See, it takes courage to obey the foolishness of God. Running against a troop is suicide. A whole nation sending a teenager to represent them against a giant is complete nonsense. Yet, David had courage. He told Goliath that he will cut off his head and yet, he had no sword. “Be strong and courageous…”

    2 Agility

“…by my God I can leap over a wall.”. The average height of an ancient wall is 4 metres. It does not have our slender 150mm thickness. Most walls had people living in them, and soldiers could stand on the war during battle to shoot arrows. The walls were cuboids. Yet, David could leap high and wide over such a wall. He further explains in Psalm 18:33 that the LORD makes his feet like the feet of the deer. Asahel had this kind of feet (2 Samuel 2:18). The deer can run, turn sharply and jump. Do you know David run towards Goliath? Instead of always reacting to the kingdom of darkness, we ought to be proactive. Jesus went into the wilderness and had fasted before the devil showed up. Meanwhile, Adam was not around when the devil showed up. When the enemy builds a wall to isolate you, may you leap over the wall.

    3 Strength

“It is God who arms me with strength…”. David slung the stone and struck Goliath so hard that the stone sank into his forehead. David’s arm strength was so much that Goliath fell on his face. The strength of the enemy is in his deceit. He is an already foe, and that’s exactly how David saw this uncircumcised Philistine. Our strength is in the name of the LORD, and that is what David came at Goliath with. Never fight the enemy with your own strength. “By human strength shall no man prevail”. God’s way is perfect as Psalm 18:30 says. Yet, verse 32 says God makes MY way perfect. That only happens when I personalise God’s way. His way of gaining strength is very different because in the realms of the Spirit, David had far more strength than Goliath had. The fight ended in less than a minute.

Perhaps, you keep losing because you fight in your strength.  Are you trying to fight lust with your own strength? Are you trying to fight the perpetuation of evil with your own strength? Are you trying to fight the flesh, the world and the devil with your own strength? That’s not God’s perfect way. Come and wait upon the Lord as He arms you with renewed strength. ….to be continued

  • Understanding Structures and Systems of the Kingdom of God

I just realised I have been writing on Kingdom, strategies and systems for about 6 months now. I have used the word “system” in the past 7 posts and yet, I never gave an introductory post on what systems really are, and its fundamental importance to our living. Let us learn how God builds systems for everything He does and why setting up structures and building systems is the most sustainable.

From the very beginning, the Bible reveals that God is a God of order (1 Corinthians 14:33). Creation itself is a testament to divine structure and systems where everything has its place, purpose, and function. Creation declare His glory, not just in beauty but in the perfect alignment of systems that govern—seasons, times, ecosystems, and even human relationships. To fully grasp how God’s design operates in both the spiritual and physical realms, we must understand structures and systems through the lens of Scripture.

What is a Structure? (The Framework of God’s Design)

A structure is more than just a physical framework; it’s the divine arrangement that provides stability, support and purpose. In Scripture, structures are often represented through temples, altars, families, and even covenants. They represent the foundational design upon which God builds His purposes. Therefore, if God gives you a purpose, set up structures to tend it continually until it is fully accomplished.

    Biblical Characteristics of a Structure:

Stability: Just like the rock on which the wise man builds his house (Matthew 7:24-25), a godly structure withstands storms because it’s rooted in divine principles.

Organization: God instructed Noah to build the ark with specific dimensions (Genesis 6:14-16) and gave Moses detailed blueprints for the Tabernacle (Exodus 25). Divine structures aren’t random—they are intentional. Look at the family structure. Look at your body structure.

Support: Structures hold things together. The family, for instance, is a God-ordained structure designed to nurture, protect, and reflect His nature (Genesis 2:24). Every humanbeing is born into a family.

Example: In the Tabernacle of Moses, there was a specific lineage of priests that set up specific details (including curtains) in the Tabernacle and were anointed to dismantle the Tabernacle as they travelled in the wilderness. In this way, the structure is kept in place for the system to work. God asked the people of Israel to be numbered and structured into tribes, clans and families. The heads of the family were the ones responsible for even picking up the manna for their families every morning. Structures make systems work because systems make structures necessary. The most magnificent structure is lifeless without the system that brings it to life.

What is a System? (The Breath of God in Motion)

A system in the biblical context is the living, dynamic process through which God’s purposes are carried out. While structures provide stability, systems represent function, consistency and growth. Think of the body of Christ—we are many parts, but we function as one body (1 Corinthians 12:12-27).

    Biblical Characteristics of a System:

    1. Components: Just as the human body has many parts, each believer has an individual role in the body of Christ (Romans 12:4-5).

    2. Interconnections: “If one part suffers, every part suffers with it” (1 Corinthians 12:26). Systems in Scripture are defined by how components work together, not in isolation. It ceases to be a system if individual components are not coming together to work as a unit to achieve one purpose.

    3. Purpose: Every system has an assignment. You may have a stomach and an oesophagus that play distinct roles but all the parts come together as the digestive system to achieve a particular purpose.

    4. Inputs and Outputs: If you sow into the Spirit, that is what you will reap. Just like how the factory system works. That’s how even our brains work. We get to determine outputs by the kind of inputs we make. It has not been hidden from us.

    5. Feedback Mechanisms: A priest with an active altar will get feedback from the Supervising Spirit of his altar. Every system gives feedback. When you are hungry, your body sends you feedback. Doesn’t it? Once you feed the system, you will get feedback sooner or later.

    6. Boundaries: Every system has divine boundaries. Adam and Eve were given dominion but within the boundary of obedience to God (Genesis 2:16-17). Boundaries are not limitations. Once there is an organisation and purpose, there are definitely boundaries.

    7. Structure: The old covenant made way for the new through Christ, not by abolishing the system but fulfilling it (Matthew 5:17). The law gave a structure to all the requirements of God’s justice system, and Jesus fulfilled them all. Systems give structure to new systems built upon it. This is why God sets up replica systems (man and woman marrying) to give structure to the main system He set up (Christ and the Church marrying).

Example: The early church is the perfect example of God’s Kingdom come. Acts 2:42-47 shows how they functioned—devoted to teaching, fellowship, breaking bread, and prayer. The system wasn’t about rituals but about relationships, purpose, and growth.

The Relationship Between Structures and Systems in the Bible

You cannot separate structure from systems in God’s design. They are like the ark of the covenant and the Shekinah Glory of God dwelling within. The Law of Moses (structure) provided guidelines, but it was the system of faith that justified Abraham even before the law (Romans 4:3). Without structure, systems have no foundation. Without systems, structures are empty shells.

    Final Thoughts: Why This Matters

    In the Kingdom of God:
✔ Structure = Divine Order (families, churches, covenants)
✔ System = Kingdom Functionality (faith, grace, justice)
    ✔ Together = Purpose Fulfilled

We are called to build our lives, ministries, and communities with the wisdom of both. Jesus didn’t just come to establish a new structure; He brought a new system—the Kingdom of God, where righteousness, peace, and joy in the Holy Spirit reign supreme (Romans 14:17). So, whether you’re an architect designing a building, a leader building a ministry, or a believer shaping your life, remember: Without structure, systems collapse. Without systems, structures are lifeless. But when you have both, you carry the blueprint of Heaven.

  • Financial Systems of the Kingdom of God | Tests & Tenets

Last week, I promised to talk about the tests when we were discussing some of the principles and protocols of the financial system of the Kingdom of God. Let’s delve in!

    The Test of Management

All things are available to you and all things can be given to you. You have access to an abounding all-sufficiency in all things. However, YOU are the one who determines how much you can have. As for God, He is willing. How much you can have is determined by how well you manage what you have already been given. Since God does not waste, He will provide according to your capacity. Remember the parable of the talents; they were given talents each according to their ability. Therefore, how well you manage what you were given will determine how much more you will be given. If you are faithful with 5 talents, you will be a ruler over 10 cities. To whom much is given, much is expected.

I have a very good friend who received a lot of money in salary out of nowhere. Because I understand the principles of God, I am continually checking up so the money is not squandered. If you can’t handle 10,000 cedis, who will give you 10,000 dollars? Jesus said if you can’t handle someone’s business, who will give you a business of your own? Whenever you begin to feel that you can’t handle what God has placed in your hands, realise it’s not true. God wouldn’t have placed it in your hands in the first place if you couldn’t handle it. The average person wants a miracle and the lazy person wants magic. Meanwhile, the key to receiving more constantly from God is management. Jesus said “whoever has, more will be given and he will have an abundance. Whoever does not have, even what he has will be taken away from him”.

This is a trustworthy saying; if you are able to handle a few given to you, more will be given to you. This is how you keep the door of financial favour always open in your life. If you can kill the lion and the bear to shepherd your father’s flock, the Father will give you His flock for you to shepherd. If you can prosper in the prison and in Potiphar’s house, you can prosper in the palace. It is rightfully yours but what will be given you depends on how well you managed what was given you. So you see? Even though it is in your destiny to do all these great things, you don’t start with great things first. If you manage the little things in a great way, you usher yourself into handling the great things in a great way.

    The Test of Education

Study to show yourself approved. If God has called you to be a doctor, it’s not against spirituality to attend Medical School. Learning is actually part of God’s principles. There is a certain knowledge that God teaches us through others. Sir Isaac Newton says “if I have been able to see further, it is because I stood on the shoulders of giants”. God is not against seeking knowledge and acquiring experience. The Holy Spirit teaches what cannot be taught so no one would have to teach you what only He can teach you. The rest is learnable. Go and learn o. Learn Business Management. Go and get your Master’s degree. Learn how to speak in public. He will give you utterance but oratory is learnt. There is balance; a spiritual person who has an apt mental capacity instead of an intellectual person with low spiritual understanding or a spiritually intelligent person with mental slothfulness.

If God has said you will be a leader of nations, study to show yourself approved. If God has said you will write books, study. You will realise the Holy Spirit will begin to show you what you study in each season. Don’t be part of those who despise education. You need tutors and governors. You need mentors. You need those you frequently listen to, and those who personally know you to train you. Apostle Joshua Selman cannot be your spiritual father when he doesn’t personally know you. There should be someone who also knows you and can train and groom you personally. It does not increase the task God gives you but it prepares you to adequately complete your full assignment in all seasons. The more you enter certain doors of your destiny, the more you wish you were taught. Learn from the mistakes of those who have gone ahead of you so you can redeem the time.

What you refuse to learn can become the cholesterol that blocks the flow of blood from the heart of God through your ventricle to the rest of the body. Even as a prophet, you can see a lot but what to share, when to share it, how to share it and where to share is practical wisdom you learn. A knife, designed to cut food into chewable bits, can become a tool to cause hurt and pain. Learning how to use the knife is important to God. Selah! Experience will teach you. Mentors will teach you. Situations will teach you. Learning will teach you. Listen to the people who are where you want to go.  Be open to learning in order to maximise God’s potential in your life. Have you received a prophecy that you will be rich? As you wait, learn financial accountability. Learn budgeting. Learn financial literacy. Study to show yourself approved!

    Test of Abounding

There are seasons where prosperity will fall on you and you will begin to make unusual profits off your charts. That is God testing your heart to reveal yourself to you. In your life, you have never imagined having $1m. Then, you make $120m within a very short period. Will you join those at the top calling those hustling at the bottom lazy? This is also the test of pride, which is a test one faces in every season of a person’s life. You can be overwhelmed by how rich you have become; it will shock you. A lot of Christians pass the test of abasing; living poor while maintaining a strong Christian life. It is prosperity that rather causes them to fall short. God cares more about your salvation than your prosperity, although your prosperity is captured in His salvation plan. That notwithstanding, it is better to lose your eye than for your whole body to be thrown into hell.

Usually, this test is for a season. Foolish enough, this is the period where some people desert God. Meanwhile, it was a taste of prosperity of far greater things to come. You cannot use God o. This is how God sieves anyone who came to seek him because of prosperity. If more money can change how to relate with people, you have failed. A lot of people are worried that Christians are poor. It’s true that the Body of Christ, generally, has been poor for a long time although it is far better than it used to be in the 19th century. The question is, if God brings the entire church into this short season of abounding, will we fail?

Prosperity has now been seen as God’s sign of approval for one’s character. Meanwhile, you can comfortably live in sin and still prosper for a season. Until we place prosperity in its rightful place in the lines and precepts of Biblical emphasis, we can fail as a church in such a season. For one, individuals are still concerned about their prosperity rather than the prosperity of the collective body. For another, we have forgotten several values that are far more important than money; honour, good character, honesty and the likes. I will still continue to be hopeful, though. Once we pass this test, we undergo the test of abasing until we break into an abounding flow of His exceeding riches.

    Test of Abasing

This is also the test of patience. It will kill all the expectations you have for God so that His expectations become your expectations. It will kill all the carnal desires so that the desires of your heart becomes His heart desires for you. Immediately you receive a prophecy that you are about to get rich, this is the first test that will come your way. In your mind, the prophecy should take 12 seconds to manifest. Meanwhile, the premise of the Promises of God is His Purpose. His purposes are according to His set times, not your calculations. If a woman is pregnant, she will carry the promise for 9 months. No amount of prayers can make her carry the child for only 9 days. Selah!

For Heaven to know that you can carry God’s resources and put it to good use for the sake of His body, you will need to make sacrifices. Sacrifices that will cause you to die to self perpetually. Sometimes, after the prophecy, you will begin to experience poverty. Vitamin M will run dry. You will be sold into slavery and thrown into prison, figuratively speaking. Why? The Word of God must test you. If you don’t curse God and die, you will receive a double portion of everything you lost and more. You may be going through this season right now. If you don’t give up, you will receive your reward. It’s not about having. It’s about being. It’s easy to get to the top. It’s harder to stay there. That’s what this season is for. It’s for the best version of you to emerge; one that can sustain the resources of God. If you can prosper in prison, you can prosper in the palace.

Once you have learnt how to abound and abase, you can now say you can do all things through Christ who strengthens you. Of course, these aren’t all the tests. There’s your works being tested and all. We have to end here anyways because these words of truth are deep and need meditation. I will meditate on these myself. I hope you were blessed.

  • Understanding the Financial System of God | Principles & Protocols

If you want to be financially rich the God way, kindly read and understand this. It’s a new era of utmost possibilities and God is pouring tremendous financial favour on nations for intensive and extensive kingdom work. I am compelled to teach you systems – instead of mere goals – so that the system built in this era of seasons is not lost when the season closes, just like Joseph taught Pharaoh.

Every system has a structure, and every structure has strategies. I will soon discuss the structure and strategies of the Systems of God in general for your understanding. A system is held by a structure. A structure holds up your circulatory system, for instance. The structure keeps the system in a loop such that the system is not linear but cyclical. Once any part of the structure falls short, it affects the entire system.

Now that you understand this fundamental, know that God wanting to make you rich is not about you singularly. It’s nice to know that God wants to make you rich – and I know you have received prophecies – but it’s not about you. Systems have individual components that are not standalone; they are interconnected. Your heart needs blood but this blood is to the benefit of the whole body. If you want to be rich for your own selfish ambitions and to satisfy your own lusts, then you can never be rich the God way. Even the devil makes people rich to sponsor his agendas.

If you want God to make you rich so badly, He will take you through a series of tests that will kill many hidden and known carnal desires in you. I will discuss these tests into detail God willing next week. Peradventure you want a soft life because you are fragile and don’t want to struggle in life in any way? This mindset must die, because life is generally tough and will sway you to and fro. What you rather need is to be immovable, unshakable despite the rain (prosperity), flood (overflow/persecution) and wind (disasters). I really do hope you learnt a lot from this because God does not settle for less.

Blessings without Sorrows: the God Way

The financial blessings of God are without sorrows. Meanwhile, those who love money and seek to be rich will be pierced with many sorrows. So for God to give you His financial blessings, He must first of all work on you to remove everything that will cause you sorrows. Indeed, you cannot go through God’s financial system and not end up becoming generous. However, you can choose to pursue money without God and still become extremely rich. That one comes with so many sorrows.

In this era, we should be careful not to measure someone’s prosperity by their spirituality. Wicked people can prosper. The Bible says it many times. Financial prosperity is not proof of true Christianity. We should not think that the reason people pray more is because they have less. Therefore, if they had more they would pray less. That is very sorrowful. Our financial prosperity is not inversely proportional to our spiritual life. This is why God will take the Body of Christ through these series of tests I will discuss (next week) by the Mercies of God.

    Principles of Kingdom Prosperity

Remember these principles forever, especially if you are to be a Kingdom financier. In fact, write down in your journal. 1. God is a God of abundance, not waste. 2. God will not sponsor a project He did not initiate. 3. Your ability to manage His resources determines how much of His resources He releases to you.

There is so much more to share but there’s not enough space to share it.

When I talk about the strategies and structures of the Kingdom, you would realise that God has specific keys for specific doors. You cannot use the Blood of Jesus to do what requires the Name of Jesus. You can’t use prayer to replace humility. Every principle has its own place, and every element has its own structure. It is only prayer and meditating on the Word that forms part of every solution. So, what does the structure of financial prosperity require? There are kingdom covenant practices to activate and sustain financial blessings.

Everything is a gift from God, yes! However, God will play His part and we will play our part. God is all-Powerful but He will not play our part for us. Once you understand this partnership, you will not sit there and be waiting on God as if you have no part to play. The Bible is littered with specific things one ought to do to activate financial prosperity. One is giving. Another is tithing. Yet another is honouring those worthy of double honour, including honouring our parents. Another important one is management. Generosity, yet another. Go and find the rest as a good student.

One will say…”but I have been giving my tithes and offerings for as long as I can remember. How come I’m not rich by now?”. If we now start giving because of what we can get, we lose the real essence. We are rather giving because we are willing to lose it all for Him. Giving is our expression of love. “God so loved…that He gave..”. In fact, one of the Hebrew words for love is “ahava”, which means to give. Therefore, our giving is not a transaction but our expression of love. Imagine if your Mom provides for you because of what she can get from you. Let us not give to God with that corrupt mindset.

What tithes and offerings also does is that it regulates our hearts from being more attached to the temporary things of this world. It is God’s regulation system of our hearts from the love of money. If you can’t pay tithe when you get $20, you can never pay tithe when you start to get $200,000. Tithes and offerings is a system God put in place as our form of worship to Him so that money remains a tool and not an idol in our lives. It is a reminder that it is His, and we are willing to use it how He wants it. If it becomes a transaction, it is no different from gambling.

Next week, God willing, we will discuss the various tests one has to pass in order to become a steward of God’s financial favour. The test of management, the test of abounding and abasing, the test of education, the test of generosity and the likes. Once you pass all these tests faithfully, all your carnal desires to become rich in order to satisfy your cravings will die. What will be left is a vessel of honour worthy of the Master’s use in His Kingdom agenda.

  • Financial Systems of the Kingdom of God: Mammon Must Be Dethroned

The Prosperity Gospel, often linked to the Faith movement, has reshaped the landscape of many churches today. At its core, it teaches that material wealth and financial success are the ultimate signs of God’s favor. While it is true that biblical principles of stewardship, diligence, and generosity lead to prosperity, the Prosperity Gospel distorts the essence of Christianity—reducing faith to a transaction and God to a means for personal gain.

Beneath this distortion lies the worship of Mammon—a spirit of materialism and greed that Jesus directly warned against (Matthew 6:24). Instead of calling believers to pursue the Kingdom of God, many modern churches have become platforms for financial manipulation, self-centered desires, and spiritual deception. The consequences of this shift in the modern-day church are devastating—both for individuals and the body of Christ.

    Distortion of Gospel

The Prosperity Gospel takes the focus off of Christ and places it on material wealth. Instead of centralising the Christ,  it preaches:

“If you have faith, you will be rich.”

“If you are poor, it is because you lack faith.”

    “Name it and claim it.”

This reduces God to a divine ATM—one that dispenses wealth based on how much a person gives. Yet, this is entirely contrary to the teachings of Jesus. Nowhere in Scripture did Christ promise financial riches as proof of faith, nor did the early church equate spirituality with wealth. This Gospel places the individual and what one desires above the Will of God and the person of Christ. Nobody is saying we should be poor but how can you place becoming materially rich above becoming Christlike?

    Glorification of Mammon

Jesus made a bold declaration in Matthew 6:24:

“No one can serve two masters. Either you will hate the one and love the other, or you will be devoted to one and despise the other. You cannot serve both God and Mammon.”

Yet, many churches today have blurred this distinction. The relentless pursuit of wealth has replaced true devotion, leading to:

✔ Christians prioritizing financial gain over spiritual growth
✔ Manipulation of believers through deceptive “seed-sowing” tactics
✔ The transformation of the church into a business rather than a house of worship

Where money becomes the focus, God’s presence departs. When Mammon is exalted, faith is reduced to financial transactions, and the message of the cross is overshadowed by the promise of prosperity. Have we reduced the Will of God to a Ponzi scheme?

The early church gave to the needy, while the modern Prosperity Gospel takes from the needy to enrich a select few. This is not biblical Christianity—this is spiritual extortion. The Apostles never exploited the poor. Instead, they ensured that the needs of the weak were met (Acts 2:44-45).

    Misinterpretation of Faith

The Prosperity Gospel preaches a formula for guaranteed success—if you have enough faith, you will prosper. It has reduced faith to a magic wand, making it contrary to working diligently, managing well and building businesses to acquire wealth. Why do all that when you can “name it and claim it”?. It only works for the super-rich celebrity pastor, of course (who actually got the wealth by using Mammon tactics, by the way). When these promises fail to manifest in the lives of believers, they begin to experience:

    ✔ Disillusionment with God

    ✔ Loss of faith

✔ Deep frustration and spiritual burnout

God is not a bank. He is a person. He desires relationship. Imagine if you had a friend who only comes to you when they need something? Do you literally think Christ suffered so much so you can drive a V8 and get a free trip to Dubai? Have we now reduced the riches and blessings of God to perishable things? Really?

Do we not understand biblical faith anymore? The Bible does not teach that faith eliminates hardship. Jesus’ own disciples endured suffering, persecution, and financial struggles. Yet, Prosperity preachers ignore this reality, creating a false expectation that ultimately causes people to question God’s faithfulness.

    Misappropriation of Wealth

The Prosperity Gospel promotes a self-centered view of money, teaching that wealth is for personal luxury and status. Yet, in God’s Kingdom, wealth is meant for:

    ✔ Advancing the Gospel
✔ Helping the poor and needy
✔ Supporting missions and Kingdom work

True prosperity is not about hoarding wealth but about impact. When wealth is misused, it leads to spiritual decay and judgment (Luke 12:16-21). Wealth is not the goal—obedience to God is. People want to be so rich desperately. Meanwhile, money is a tool, not a destination. What are you going to use the tool for? Oh, so your life will become more comfortable? Oh, so you want to relax without doing anything impactful in life and you want God to sponsor it? This is what we do when we place acquiring wealth over fulfilling purpose.

We are commanding God to release financial blessings. Meanwhile, they don’t even have an agenda for the wealth. Do we think God lacks sense or what? Even a human investor will not make this foolish mistake.

    Declination of Spirituality

When financial gain becomes the driving force of the church, the following spiritual disciplines suffer:

❌ Prayer and fasting become secondary to financial strategies
❌ Holiness and righteousness are overshadowed by material success
❌ Evangelism and missions take a backseat to church revenue growth

Where we fast and pray, it is for “prosperity” reasons. The Prosperity Gospel does not create true disciples—it creates consumers. Instead of seeking God’s presence, people seek financial breakthroughs. Instead of longing for spiritual maturity, they long for material gain. This leads to a powerless Christianity—one that lacks the transformation of the Holy Spirit. In fact, it is one that has no view of eternity. This is dangerous, as anyone lacking an eternal view is likely to be enticed by temporary glitters and pleasures offered by the devil.

    Back to the Bible

The Bible does not condemn wealth, but it warns against the love of money (1 Timothy 6:10). Biblical prosperity is not measured by luxury but by:

    ✔ A life of contentment (Philippians 4:11-13)
    ✔ A heart of generosity (2 Corinthians 9:6-8)
✔ Spiritual riches in Christ (Ephesians 1:3)

Jesus became so poor that we might become rich. Sorry, it has very little to do with money. The eternal riches of God cannot be reduced to the temporary monetary systems of man. Also, God blesses His people not to build personal empires, but to advance His Kingdom. The Prosperity Gospel fails because it promotes:

    ❌ Wealth without responsibility
    ❌ Faith without obedience
    ❌ Success without sacrifice

True prosperity is about obedience, not accumulation.

The modern church must reject the worship of Mammon and return to the true Gospel of Jesus Christ. Wealth is not evil, but when it becomes the central pursuit of faith, it leads to deception.

✔ Seek first the Kingdom of God (Matthew 6:33)
✔ Be faithful stewards of the resources God provides
✔ Avoid financial manipulation in the name of faith
✔ Use wealth to bless others and fulfill God’s purpose

The Prosperity Gospel is a deception that must be exposed and rejected. Let us return to a Christ-centered faith, where God—not money—is the focus of our worship.

  • Systems of Creation & Rest: the Kingdom of God

God created the world in six days and rested on the 7th. Why would the Omnipotent God who can create everything at once take His time to create the world in six days? Because He is a God of Protocol and Structure. He created time for the purposes of processes. He does not live in time and is not bound by time. Therefore, His work in time is preplanned, protocoled, structured and executed. He never skips any process whatsoever. Until we understand the protocols of Heaven, we will doubt the Omnipotence of God.

In the beginning, God created the heavens and the earth. Since the creation of the heavens is of no direct benefit to us now, the details of creation are focused on that of the earth. See, not everything is given to us to know. What is secret belongs to God. What has been revealed belongs to us. You can easily waste your life acquiring strange knowledge that will not benefit you in any way.

Knowledge is good but not all knowledge is relevant. Sometimes what you know stops you from knowing what you ought to know. The most difficult people to bring to light are those who have studied darkness. Stay away from reading extra-biblical and occultic books. If it’s not relevant to the Gospel of the Cross of Christ and the Kingdom of God, it’s not for you to know in this age. Selah!

Wherever you find formlessness, you find darkness. Wherever there is a void, you make room for darkness. In every relevant area of your destiny and life, never leave room for even doubt. Speak the Word of Light into that area. Fill it all with the Light of the Word. So you see…on one hand, you can be swindling in the deepest darkness (if your light is darkness, how deep that darkness is) when you meddle in needless study of “darkness”.

On the other hand, the very areas where you ought to speak light, you may have left unattended. You may be studying doctrines of demons. Meanwhile, the corridors of your soul that need attention are encapsulated with gross darkness. Seek light! Any form of ignorance in an area you ought to know is a foothold for the kingdom of darkness. What you don’t know will be used against you.

In the creation, we see an alignment. The first day corresponds to the fourth day. The second day corresponds to the fifth day. The third day corresponds to the sixth day. On the first day, God created day and night so that on the fourth day, He could create the sun to govern the day and the moon to govern the night.

On the second day, God separates the waters above from the waters below so that on the fifth day, He could create birds in the waters above and fish in the waters below. The same pattern is seen in the third and sixth day where God created the land on the third so he could create land creatures on the sixth. He also created seed-bearing trees on the third so He could create seed-carrying humans on the sixth.

What does this teach us? A system that works first of all creates its environment before creating its product. God created land before creating land animals. Do the opposite and you will create products into a void. This is why the first thing you need before you create anything is Light. Be enlightened.

If you lack Light, things will remain without form. How does one activate the Light into gross darkness. The pattern is clear! It is a partnership between the Spirit of God and the Word of God. This partnership brings life into a situation, just like that of the dry bones in Ezekiel’s time. This Life is the Light of men.

We are really like a tree as Psalm 1:3 says. We are synthesized by Light. In His Light we see Light. Photosynthesis is the process of making food with light. We feed ourselves with light. The more light you have, the more you shine away the darkness in secret places. The very first we are compared to are trees and it’s not a coincidence at all. Like trees, we are planted in Him, deeply rooted and stemmed from Him.

Like trees, we carry seeds and are fruitful. We are pruned and watered by the Word. As trees, we grow roots first. The leaves are what make photosynthesis possible. Have a structure that makes receiving from God always possible. That’s how you grow. The deeper the depths, the higher the heights. The tree system is the most self-sustaining in the whole earth. Every company that builds its structure like a tree will be sustainable; take root, one simple stem, complex inner networks, many branches, surplus fruits.

Also, a system that works is one that creates an environment and then creates a government to overlook the enabled environment. It is not a system if it is not governed or overseen. There is no sun and moon for the first 3 days of creation. Scientifically, we think it’s not possible because what causes day and night is the rotation of the earth around the sun. However, the main reason God created the sun was to govern the day.

Check Genesis 1:16. That means the sun is to make sure that there is daytime. What a God! The sun tells the time of the day, the moon tells the day of the month and the constellation of the stars tells the month of the year. These lights are for signs and seasons. Even time is governed in God’s system. What system have you created without government?

God did not rest until He created the ultimate steward; a man in His own image and likeness. He could have chosen to create man first and make him observe how He created the world. As aforementioned, that detail was irrelevant to His purposes for man. He chose to create a miniature Heaven on Earth before creating His Image and Likeness to steward it.

One of the worst mistakes you can make is to choose a “governor” and not give any mandate. Any employee who does not know the vision of the company will only work to get paid. Yet, we have church members who know nothing about the tenets of their faith. Eve failed because of inadequate information about the mandate. The devil exploited her ignorance and brought in darkness. You are not at rest as a creator if your followers don’t know the vision and mandate.

So you see? Until you create a structure that governs your works, you cannot enter into rest. In rest, you stop working while your system works for you. If only you could read more, I would have shown you the systems God put in place with the Tabernacle of Moses. You have ignited your spirit with fire and you are wondering how people stay on fire for the rest of their lives? They have set up a structure to keep them continually ablaze.

You want to be consistent and yet you are leaving so much to chance. Diligence is not by lack. It is sustained by systems. Set up structures. Creating an atmosphere is difficult. Sustaining it is even more difficult. Set up structures. What structures have you put in place to put you at rest in a particular matter?

  • Righteousness, Peace, Joy: the Kingdom of God

The Bible is such a wonderful book. It gives us in great detail the signs and symptoms of any cause while stipulating into great detail the protocols for which anything is established. Thus, we can ascertain for sure when the Kingdom of God arrives at a vicinity because three signs of such a reign will be evident; righteousness, peace and joy. Of course, there are more signs and evidence. However, one cannot say the Kingdom of God is within a people when these signs are not evident, and these three signs cannot be at a place where the Kingdom of God has not been established.

The very first thing to note in all this is the Holy Ghost. The three signs emanate from the presence of the Holy Ghost. If you are indeed seeking the Kingdom first, these fruits will be produced by the Spirit in you. A righteous, peaceful and joyous person is one filled with the Holy Ghost. For the Kingdom of God is in the Holy Ghost and not vice versa. When we say “thy Kingdom come”, what we mean is, we want the government of God to be established so He rules and reigns in our lives and neighbourhoods like He rules and reigns in Heaven; so that there will be no difference between our lives & neighbourhoods and Heaven.

    Righteousness

Righteousness and justice are the foundation of God’s throne. That means God rules in righteousness. That also means what is righteous is what is pleasing and acceptable in the sight of God. Thus, righteousness is right standing with God. We cannot stand before God if we are not righteous. We cannot also represent God if we are not righteous. God alone is right, good and true. He is the only determiner, definer and demonstrator of what is right. Something is only right because God makes it so. Therefore, we cannot seek the Kingdom of God without seeking His Righteousness. His Righteousness is His Way of being and doing right. That means He determines how we become righteous and what deeds are righteous.

The sin of Adam and Eve is that they ate the tree of death after listening to the voice of the devil. Thus, they gained the knowledge of good and evil. In other words, they now determined what was good and evil without God. We cannot be righteous outside of God. Ask atheists; the foundation of good and evil collapses when God is taken out of the equation. Without the presence of God, we cannot even differentiate between good and evil anymore. Nothing is inherently right without God. If God says go and you stay, you have faulted. He is the Judge of All, and He judges what is right rightly because He alone has the right to determine what is right.

    The Nature of Righteousness

Righteousness is first of all a nature. You don’t do to become. You become, then you do. You can never do righteous deeds if you are not righteous. Righteousness is what is pleasing in the sight of God. That means God alone gets to determine what is good and what is evil. However, we were not able to live fully according to His Law. Therefore, we couldn’t stand before Him blameless. The Law was only to show us that we will never achieve righteousness by what we do. Jesus became our substitute in this regard. He is the Righteousness of God. Therefore, if we believe in Him and accept His Life, which is a righteous life, we gain access to the presence of God. By this same access, we are able to live the life of righteousness God has fashioned for us.

This is why Righteousness comes first in the order. Righteousness is when we accept the Lordship of God. This means we give Him the full right to rule our lives and be the one to determine how we live. You cannot claim to be in the Kingdom if you are living according to your own understanding. We ought to seek first His Kingdom and Righteousness. His government and constitution. The nature of righteousness then flows into our words, works and ways.

    Words, Works & Ways

Your input determines your output, in computer language. You cannot say you are righteous when you do not bear any fruits of righteousness. Yes, righteous is who you are. Righteousness will naturally flow into what you do. What you do cannot make you righteous but you being righteous will flow into what you do. It’s that simple! Feeding a child does not make you a mother but a mother feeds her child. Being a mother is who you are and it will naturally flow into what you do. Therefore, you are making excuses when we don’t see your righteous works. The very first “output” we will see is your words. The Righteousness of God is the Word of God. If you have the Righteousness of God, you will speak the words of God.

There are works God has predestined for us to walk in. These works are righteous, for they please the LORD. This is God’s way of doing right. Because we have the Spirit of God within us, we are able to perform the Kingdom duties given unto us. Wherever the Kingdom of God is, the Righteousness of God is established there. Our ways refer to how we do things as our works refer to what we do. How we do things is as important as what we do. The Righteousness of God makes sure that we don’t try to use evil to achieve good. God has His Way of doing things, and righteousness demands that we follow that particular way. Don’t try to help God by giving birth to Ishmael.

    Peace

Peace is a fruit of the Holy Spirit produced in the hearts and minds of His own. Peace is not the absence of war. It is the presence of God. If it were the absence of noise, that would be understandable. However, once the peace of God floods one’s heart and mind, it transcends all understanding. It is such a peace that can cause Jesus not to panic after rising from sleep in a sinking boat. The situation was affected by His peace (“Peace, be still”), not the other way round.

Peace does not originate from our minds first. Peace of mind is the overflow of the peace of heart. Again, peace is not at the end of the storm. It is present even in the midst of the storm. The storms are important as it comes to shake away the shakable, so that only the unshakable remains. If your peace is strippable, then your “peace” is conditional.

    Peace of Heart

The world cannot give us the peace of heart. The only peace the world can offer is a version of peace of mind that is conditional and temporary. The ways of the world are filled with many sorrows, are insatiable and are only pleasurable at the beginning. Let us not confuse lustful pleasure with the pleasures of God. Lustful pleasure is like eating stolen bread; it tastes nice at the beginning because rebellion is filled with risk that thrives the human soul. However, the aftertaste is bitter because it’s filled with guilt, shame and the fearful expectation of being punished.

The pleasures of God are at His right hand and are forevermore. It includes a river of peace that flows from His Throne into our hearts, saturating our soul and filling the words of our mouth until it flows out of our belly. People will see you and hear your story, and although they haven’t been through half of what you have been through, they are encouraged by the fact you are still standing. It surpasses all understanding, riding us of fear. Although we may be in trouble, our hearts are not troubled. A testament that you carry the Kingdom is that you have the peace of Christ.

    Peace of Mind

Until our hearts and minds are changed into that of Christ, we cannot experience that type of peace. God only runs this new update on the upgraded software. A new creature in Christ is a new prototype, never before created. Such a person has received a new heart and undergoes training to renew the mind. Once the mind has been renewed, the person is able to think the higher thoughts of God and access the mind of Christ. God has peace of mind. If you have this peace of mind, giving people a piece of your mind will not be insulting them. Rather, it will be communicating the very thoughts of God to them.

The quality of a man’s life is the condition of his heart and mind. Out of the abundance of one’s heart the mouth speaks, for out of one’s heart flows the issues of life. Anyone with a changed heart and renewed mind will live the God life and exhibit the Kingdom life. His ways will please the LORD because His nature pleases Him. Indeed, there is a dimension where peace in our hearts and minds flows to become the peace in the land. As Hebrew 12:14 instructs, this is the kind of peace we ought to work at. It should not end with us. People should see the peace we make with our presence and be able to easily identify us as children of God. “Blessed are the peacemakers, for they shall be called the children of God”.

    Joy

Peace and joy are siblings. Once you have peace, joy is inevitable. Joy is very proactive. Joy is not being positive-minded. This goes beyond psychology. Any kind of joy that does not have its root in the spirit will run out. This is a joy unspeakable. It bubbles in our spirit until you cannot contain it anymore. The third sign that the Kingdom is within a man is that He carries joy. When the disciples were lashed for preaching the Gospel in Acts 5:40, they left rejoicing because God had counted them worthy to suffer disgrace for the name of Jesus. The truth of the matter is, we receive a crown and many rewards for suffering for Christ.  Jesus Himself made that promise in Matthews 19:29 and Revelations 2:10.

These rewards are eternal rewards; rewards that will last forever, unlike any other thing in this world. Joy is based on this understanding. If we are being persecuted because we have Christ (not because of our own foolish mistakes by the way), then it is God who has given us an opportunity to receive these kinds of eternal rewards. Therefore, the more trials we face, the more joy we have. Now that you see it in this light, stop complaining about all you are going through. In fact, rejoice because of what you are going through. Laugh with the one who sits in Heaven because you are seated with Him. This changes everything!

    Joy ✓ Happiness ×

There is a big difference between joy and happiness. The Christian life is not a life of happiness, actually. God never promised you happiness. That might sound harsh to you because we are in a culture of happiness. Everybody is wishing for a soft life and all. Christianity is not a soft life. If you are not being persecuted, you are becoming too comfortable. Happiness is based on happenings. The circumstances and situations ought to be favourable so as to sustain happiness in the air. When things get tough, happiness fades away. However, that is when joy begins to overflow the more.

Our strengths are not in our abilities. The joy of the Lord is our strength. Even the youth shall faint and be weary, and young men shall utterly fall. However, there is a breed that can wear spirits out. They can “weary” the devil until he rather gives up. Because the more we are put in prisons, the more praises we lift up in the prison cells. We are immovable, unshakable. We have joy in chaos, and peace in the middle of the storm. What can really stop us? We are more than conquerors! We are not babes tossed to and fro by any wind. We are the Kingdom of priests, for the Kingdom is within us.

    Rejoice

In actual fact, we are in a long line of people who stood for God regardless of their situation. Jesus Himself told us that we will be persecuted because a servant is not greater than his master. If the Master was persecuted, then I’m not expecting a soft life. I’m expecting a joyous life. Let them speak evil against you. Stop threatening God because He is doing nothing about it. Have you not read? Great is your reward in Heaven. We are not after the riches of this world which is temporary. We are after the eternal riches of Christ, which cannot be eaten by moths and rats. I can never be poor, because my home is full of great riches. Everything I pass through, I will overcome, thereby increasing my exceedingly great reward in Heaven. Rejoice!

So you see, the Kingdom of God is not meat and drink. Thank God for soft life. Thank God for money. However, we live for something greater and eternal. The proof that we carry the Kingdom is that these 3 are evident in our lives. We have an eternal perspective, and our desperate cries pull the eternal into the temporary. That is another mystery for another season. Proof that the Kingdom of God is here is not more money, the freedom to do whatever you want and the number of possessions one can amount for themselves. It is Righteousness, Peace and Joy in the Holy Ghost.

Jesus was born in a manger with fecal matter all around and animal stench all over the place. People who look at physical things will not see any majesty in this; just a poor family who couldn’t even afford a good place to give birth to their child. However, the Righteousness of God was born, there was peace and goodwill towards men, and the angels were rejoicing.

  • Political Systems of the Kingdom of God

    Government Systems

Democracy is the best possible government system ever created by man. Why? Because when bad is voted into power, they will not rule forever. However, evil finds a way to maintain its rulership perpetually over the people. Of course, spiritual ordinances override physical procedures. That means if the people are being ruled spiritually by an evil force, they will continue to be ruled by evil although they keep voting for a new person every election year.

All the same, it’s the best possible system humans could come up with.  In a monarchy, an evil person as a king needs to be overthrown. If he isn’t, evil will rule throughout his lifetime. With democracy, however, evil as a person can be voted out, but evil as a system cannot be rooted out using votes. This is because evil as a system will always present two evils for the people to choose their lesser evil. Mind you, the tree of death has two main options; a Godless good option and an evil option. That’s why it is called the tree of the knowledge of good and evil. However, whether you choose that kind of good like Eve did, or blatantly choose evil, you have chosen death.

The political system of God is called theocracy. Theocracy is just a theological word; Jesus called this rulership the Kingdom of God. I named this write-up the Political System of the Kingdom of God for lack of better ways of phrasing it. If you remember the prophecy given to Daniel, the devil and evil men (as also prophesied in Psalm 2), have collaborated to establish various evil political systems; Babylon, Medo-Persia, Greece and Rome. Their precedence is Babel and Egypt. In these 6 main political systems of evil that ruled their known world, we saw how evil quickly spread to affect most people.

These 6 are not my focus; I would have talked about their main manipulation strategies on the hearts of men. Babylon the Great is the encapsulation of all the political systems of evil the devil has ever established, and they are making great waves this last days. However, just like in Daniel’s vision, a stone came and hit the statue and collapsed all these kingdoms. The stone grew into a mountain, the mountain of the Lord. There is a way God rules in the affairs of men, and the system He has put in place for the kingdoms of this world to eventually become the kingdom of our God. Evil will not prevail forever. None of the systems of evil are eternal. God has only used this as an avenue for us to behold and be amazed by His eternality and glory. Revelation 17:17 says so.

    How Elections are Made

In God’s system, He is the determiner of all, including good. This is His Kingdom, therefore His Righteousness rules. The Righteousness of God in expression is His way of being and doing right. He is the determiner of what is good and right (that means nothing is good in itself. It is only good because God declares it so). His election of anyone are predestined according to His purposes. The offices in this Kingdom are eternal. That means when you are elected by God into an office, you rule with Him forever. You were not voted in so you cannot be voted out.

What do you do to be elected by God? His elections rest on His Grace and Mercy. There is nothing you can do to deserve that. However, once you are elected, you ought to live worthy of your calling and walk in the good works predestined for you. To shame the wisdom of the world, God elects those who are the most undeserved. There are 24 elders who rule with God among the angels. The “24 elders of men” are the 12 sons of Jacob and the 12 apostles. None of these men did anything to deserve their election. However, anyone God calls ought to live according to God’s expectations and be found faithful, so that God is justified in choosing them.

If you don’t understand, remember when James and John came to ask Jesus that they want to sit on the right and left of Jesus in the place of honour? They were called by the Father to sit with Him. However, to be chosen by the Father, they had to be prepared by the Father. It takes grace to be called but you need to be tested in order to be chosen. This is why many are called but few are chosen; because many of the called are not found blameless and faithful after being tested. God’s choice of you must be both gracious and just.

    How Ruling is Done

In the system of the world, the leaders lord over the people. In the pyramid of rulership, those at the top are served. However, it is the opposite in the Kingdom. It is an upside down Kingdom to the world but in essence, it is the right side up Kingdom. A leader is a servant in the Kingdom. The highest amongst us is the meekest. The way up is going down, for anyone who lifts himself up will be brought down. Believe me, Jesus took His time to teach His disciples this.

We are called to servant-leadership. We are not kings who are served. We are kings that serve. We don’t lose our servitude when we become kings or friends of God. Who was the leader after Jesus ascended? Wrong, it’s not Peter. It was the 12. How can 12 people rule together? Because there is one Lord. Peter did not count himself as better or higher than the rest of the apostles, although he was the most outspoken. In Acts 8:14, the 12 could choose to send Peter and he went.

Jesus is the first person to use the word “apostles” in Scriptures. He “borrowed” this secular word at the time which meant a king sending his troops on a specific mission; colonizing a territory and transforming it to be just like the territory they had been sent from. We are cultural catalysts, transforming conformed people. We are the light of the world, helping to translate people from darkness into His marvelous light. We are a peculiar people, a holy nation. We are not affected; we affect. We are the Kingdom of God on mobile feet, having been given all authority and power. Until the average Christian understands this, they will live life as victims instead of victors.

    Can An Elect be Replaced?

Can an elect be replaced in this Kingdom? If you are not bearing fruit, the vinedresser has every right to cut your branch off. If God asks a man to do something, it is a privilege. If the man does it, how wonderful. If the man doesn’t, how terrible. God used Moses to rescue the people out of Egypt but God, throughout Scriptures, kept saying He is the one who rescued them. If God could do it without Moses, why did wait for Moses for 40 years to be prepared? It’s not that He needed Moses; He just wanted Moses to partake in His purposes. What if Moses never went? Remember Mordecai’s advice; Moses will be destroyed but the people of God will still be rescued from Egypt.

If you are in a position where God is using you, don’t ever think you have attained sovereignty. Never think God cannot do without you. Who are you? God’s ultimate Will still stands, regardless of whether we fail Him or abort our God-given mission. No man or devil has the power to stop God from establishing His Will. You are the only person who can do what God has called you to do. He is not willing to replace you in any way. However, if you try to stop Him or fail Him, you only take yourself out. In the establishment of the Will of God, God doesn’t need you. You need God.

    Prophets, Kings and Priests

In the Old Testament, we see the government of God in these 3 areas. The king acted like the executive body of government while the priests handled the legislative hand. The prophet, who updated the Bible on God’s judgements, was like the judiciary. I’m only making these comparisons for understanding sake. In reality, prophets, kings and priests went far beyond the executive, legislature and judiciary. In the times of the Judges, judges like Eli and Samuel were all 3 at the same time, making them models of New Testament realities.

How were kings established? By the hand of a prophet and a priest. In some cases like Samuel, he was both prophet and priest. However, it took Prophet Nathan and Zadok the priest to anoint Solomon as king. How were priests established? By bloodline. A priest had to be of the lineage of Levi, and his clan predetermined what faction of priest he would be. That means being a priest was for a lifetime, and you serviced the altar until you died. A king had the power to unmake someone a priest. The prophets were handpicked by God, and another prophet could choose someone as a prophet when commanded by God.

In the New Testament, we are all called to be kings and priests unto God. There are 5 offices, who are gifts to the body of Christ, to help mature the body into a full and complete stature of Christ; apostles, prophets, evangelists, pastors and teachers. Not all believers are called to minister to the body via these offices but we are all called to maturity as kings and priests. This fivefold, like Christ, are servant-leaders. Before we can manifest kingship, we ought to be first priests. We are a royal priesthood. God Himself rules from His Throne in Heaven serviced by His Altar. It is this same altar that will compel all things to come under the feet of Christ at the end of this age.

Jesus is not a President. He is King of kings. He is the King of us who are kings and rule with Him. When He sat in the Right Hand of the Father, we sat with Him because we are One with Him. It is by operating from Heaven towards earth that we partake in establishing the Will of God on earth as it is in Heaven. This is the Kingdom of God! The system of the Kingdom of God is such that Christ, the author, made little Christ of His disciples who in turn makes disciples of the world, until all who receive Christ became Christ-like. The system is so fail-proof and sure as the Blood sets anyone who believes free from the imprisonment of the world system, the Water (of the Word) transformed the conformed and the Spirit develops such a person into the full stature of Christ.

Next week, we will talk about the family system of God

  • The Systems of the Kingdom of God

Everything God created, He put in a system. Nature is embedded in an ecosystem. The heavenly bodies are held in a solar system. Even our nourishment is managed by our digestive system. Anything built in a system meant to keep it running is sustainable. This is one of the things the devil learnt from the rulership of God. The day iniquity was found in him, he decided to also establish his own kingdom and run it via systems.

Since the devil cannot create anything, he decided to employ the resources and entities from God’s kingdom into his. In our series on the Strategies of the Kingdom of Darkness, he realised how that kingdom is not as haphazard as we used to think. They are very strategic in their approach and systematic in their battle orders. All that was a corrupted counterfeit version of the original everlasting Kingdom. The Kingdom of God is well-structured, well-organized and systemized.

God is the only person in existence that possesses omniscience. The devil is not all-knowing. We overestimate him in that regard. Only God is. Therefore, there is nothing that has happened, that is happening and will happen that will catch God by surprise. He has not changed His purpose one bit. There’s no time He went, “Oh no! They’ve spoiled my plans. Time to re-strategize”. He is All-knowing.

The amazing thing is, He is not just all-knowing. He is all-Powerful. Sometimes you can know something will happen but you don’t possess the power to do something. It’s like seeing a mango fall from a tree at a distance but not having the ability to stop the fruit from hitting the ground. Although He gave His creation free will to start something without Him, He alone possesses eternality. That means anything that is not part of any of His systems will not last. What a God!

In the upcoming weeks, I am going to show some of the systems, structures and accompanying strategies of the Kingdom of God. God is not haphazard. God is reasonable. God is logical. It will interest you to know that when I wrote on the Logic of God, we established that the Word (translated logus in Greek) is where we get the word “logic” from. The Word of God is the Logic of God. He is the God of Logic, for His invisible qualities – His eternal power and divine nature – has been clearly seen, being understood from what has been made.

Justice is a system. Grace is a system. There are defined ways to access anything in the Kingdom. There are expressed principles on how to use the resources available in the Kingdom. There are defined instructions on what to do and how to do it. Instructions are scaffolds that build His structure within us; instructions. Information in the Kingdom forms His formats inside us. Thus, we are not informed but formed into what He has predestined us to be. His structure and formation is systemized.

Even the Body of Christ is an amalgamation of systems, just like the human body. There are patterns to be seen, precepts to discover, practices to walk in, prayers to partake in, promises to take hold of, prophecies to ascertain the foreshadows, and principles to apply. This series will do well to capture the Christmas season in God’s bigger picture. It’s going to be an exciting experience to explore the knowledge of God and be in awe of the one who knows all things and holds all systems together.

  • How God Glorifies Himself in our Weakness

With every open door you walk into for the next season, there are infirmities within you that will be on display. You have weaknesses you have not discovered yet because that aspect of your life has not been tested yet. For instance, you think you are very peaceable and organized until you get married. That’s when you now have someone who knows you pretty well and can point out all the weaknesses you swept under the carpet. On the day of adversity, however, God has given us His Word; “I Will Be There by Covenant!”.

    The Fear of God

We are incapable as a man in the flesh. The earlier you know the unreliability of your flesh, the better you will cleave to the Holy Spirit. There is no amount of prayers you can pray to kill sexual desires because sexual desires are not sinful. It is simply your weakness. Even after marriage, your spouse is not going to be the most beautiful and most attractive person in the world. Someone will be more attractive to you. Even if your spouse is the most attractive to you, they will not be the only attractive person. The weakness will not go away. The fact that it won’t go away does not mean you should act on it. What will keep you is the fear of God. That is what kept Joseph. Sexual temptation will not go away. Stick to Grace!

Nobody should think any sin is above them. Given the “right” circumstances, you will be shocked with how far you will go. The best of us are still vulnerable in the flesh. That is why the strongest of us are not those who can withstand the temptation the most; it is those who flee the temptation the fastest. The power of seduction is in making an irresistible offer to your flesh. Remember how Eve sinned in the first place. Once you entertain the thought of the offer, you are already on the path to compromise. The Grace of God will lift you as you humble yourself. The fear of God will keep you from falling. The fear of God is our response to His Grace towards us. If God has been good to you for you live above the desires of the flesh, why will you choose to sin against Him? Notice that nothing about your abilities and strength is mentioned here. Simply the Grace of God!

Have You Considered my Servant Job?

God will use you as a bragging right in the camp of the enemy because you stood your ground in the midst of persecution but the devil fell in the midst of glory. If the gates of hell act as if they have not noticed you, God Himself will be the one to bring you to their attention. It’s just like a good manufacturing company that trusts so much in the capability of their product. However, don’t be fooled. God does not trust you because you are the best. He trusts you because you succumbed yourself under His grace where you cannot fail because He cannot fail. Indeed, Job did not fail. Anyone who does not stick to grace will fail. It is not by might or strength. It is by the Spirit. God is not bragging about Job because of Job. He is bragging about Job because of what He has made Job.

If you ever read the book of Job, you would realise God still justified Job as righteous even though the arguments he raised against God were not right. This is because one of our infirmities as humans is that we don’t know how to pray. When I talk about weakness and infirmities, I am neither referring to your sins nor justifying your sins. Jesus experienced all our infirmities too when He became human, yet He was without sin. Humans being forgetful, for instance, is one of our infirmities. If God was not gracious towards us, we all don’t deserve to be alive because even our heartfelt prayers are sometimes unrighteous, how much more our most evil actions?

A Man in the Image and Likeness of God

We cannot even make it to Heaven by our own ability. In order to dwell in the presence of God forever, one must be perfect. If you have ever sinned or entertained the thought of sin, you are disqualified. This is why Jesus is the centre of it all. There is no need to build a new foundation because our foundation is Christ. All we need to do is to build on this solid foundation. Our works on this foundation will be tested but the foundation will not be tested because Jesus has already been tested 7 times and He passed it all. He is the visible Image and Likeness of the invisible God.

Because Adam fell very early, the possibilities of fully being in the image and likeness of God were not fully modelled. There has not been a single person born who has not fallen short in one form or the other. This is why Jesus did not only come and die on the Cross. He had to live in order to model what it looks like to be the man God intended in Genesis 1:26. Therefore, our faith is to simply look unto Jesus, because He started and finished this walk of faith. By fully being man and fully being God, He showed us what it means to have all the infirmities of the flesh and still walk in the fullness of the Spirit.

We no longer have an excuse. Our flesh is not an excuse. Our infirmities are not an excuse. A lack of a model is no longer an excuse. Jesus’ life showed that it is possible to live above the limitations of the flesh without struggling. Jesus made his flesh powerless in the existence of His being. He was never ruled by His flesh. If flesh still rules you, you cannot be entrusted with the Kingdom. If anything at all, our flesh is simply a reminder that we need to continually rely on the provisions of the Spirit and never on ourselves.

    Made Perfect in Weakness

Why did God still allow us to still have a flesh that is susceptible to sin (and will forever remain susceptible to sin regardless of our ascendency in the Spirit or our spiritual ranking)? So that we partake in the death, burial, resurrection and ascension of Christ. Christ killed His flesh so that you can kill yours. He overcame the world so that you will overcome it too. If you don’t win the war against our flesh, you will never manifest sonship in this Kingdom. It is only sons who inherit the Kingdom. You will still remain a child. How do you overcome the flesh? Galatians 5:16. There will never be a point in your walk with God that you can rely on yourself.

It is not a one-day event. Your faithfulness will be rewarded after. However, remember that nobody ever graduates in the School of the Spirit. You are only promoted to the next class. You forever remain a student to the Spirit. He is your Teacher. Immediately you step out in your own strength, you will realize how weak your flesh will always be. You can become the strongest in spirit but as long as you still have flesh, you have weakness. Not one, not two. A lot! God is not going to take them away because that is how we rely on Grace from beginning to end.

    2 Corinthians 12:5-10 NLT
[5] That experience is worth boasting about, but I’m not going to do it. I will boast only about my weaknesses. [6] If I wanted to boast, I would be no fool in doing so, because I would be telling the truth. But I won’t do it, because I don’t want anyone to give me credit beyond what they can see in my life or hear in my message, [7] even though I have received such wonderful revelations from God. So to keep me from becoming proud, I was given a thorn in my flesh, a messenger from Satan to torment me and keep me from becoming proud. [8] Three different times I begged the Lord to take it away. [9] Each time he said, “My grace is all you need. My power works best in weakness.” So now I am glad to boast about my weaknesses, so that the power of Christ can work through me. [10] That’s why I take pleasure in my weaknesses, and in the insults, hardships, persecutions, and troubles that I suffer for Christ. For when I am weak, then I am strong.

    Not Perfect but Perfected

God is not looking for perfect people to work with. He is looking for people He can make perfect. On the Mount of Zion are just men made perfect. We can only be made perfect; we can never be perfect in our own accord. You do not understand. That is the foolishness of God. Have you ever known what to do but still lacked the zeal to do it? Have you ever lived in sin although you knew what you were doing was wrong? Some of you are still in this situation. Guess what; because I have experienced that myself, I approach you with compassion and truth.

If I had made it out of sin based on my own strength, I will boast about it in your presence and shame your weakness. Because grace is what saved me when I couldn’t even save myself, I relate with your weakness and impact the same strength that I had received. This is a Kingdom of scars. We all have scars to show how God healed us. We don’t have wounds anymore because grace embalms us. Whoever has been forgiven much loves much. So you see, we don’t need to live in sin for grace to abound. The reason why grace abounds is to keep us from sin. Without grace, we are mere mortals who cannot even overcome self.

Even though you were not qualified, His Grace was sufficient. You did your best but your effort does not match His exceedingly great reward because of Grace. He has chosen to glorify Himself by forming His image out of mere dust 🥹 When we say it is by the Grace of God, we are not being cliché. It is indeed He who has helped to this day, and that is why we stand here today.

May God glorify Himself in your weakness.

  • Be Faithful – by Pastor Andy Obeng-Kwakye

I want to share with you a Word that from last week till now, keeps ringing in my spirit. Today is Sunday, so on Friday, I saw myself in a church. Specifically, I saw myself at Grace Mountain. I saw Pastor Elvis Agyemang seated. He was praying for people. When I got to him, he took a mic, gave it to me and told me to go and preach. After I took the mic, I didn’t even remember where I was standing in the church. I then told them that I was preaching on “Be Faithful”. As the message was going on, there was an awesome experience in the atmosphere. This is a message that God gave me Himself. I heard it so clearly: Be faithful in this season. Be faithful. Be faithful. Be faithful. It pays to be faithful. It pays to be faithful. It pays to be faithful.

So this morning, that is what I want to share with you. It’s straight from above, and I believe that in our walk with God as believers, we must hear and ask Him to help us to be faithful. We must bring out the fruit of being faithful as Christians. You know sometimes we say that we are human beings. With all our weaknesses, how can we be faithful? No! Sometimes we must ask God to help us to be faithful. We must intentionally seek faithfulness. If you want to handle greatness or enter the realm of greatness, you must be faithful. God will always reward you out of His mercy but I tell you that mostly, He qualifies you with the little that He saw that you’ve been faithful over, then He chooses you.

It is required of us, as servants of God, that we be faithful. God has handed over mysteries to us. Look at the mysteries we know in this dispensation. When you sleep; the dreams you have. Sometimes before you go somewhere, you have a conviction within you that you don’t understand. These are all mysteries that God gives to us. And the Lord is saying that as His children and servants, we ought to be faithful. We cannot walk with God without being faithful. Yes, we may have weaknesses, but it doesn’t excuse us from being faithful. God rewards faithfulness. It is important that as believers, in our walk with God, we remain faithful to what the Lord has entrusted to us.

In the Parable of the Talents, we see how faithfulness matters. A master travelled and gave his servants talents. One was given five, another two, and another one. No matter what God has given you, work with it. The one with five talents worked and doubled his, bringing five more. The master commended him, saying, “Well done, good and faithful servant. You were faithful over a few things. I will make you ruler over many things. Enter into the joy of your Lord.”

The one with two talents also worked and gained two more. The master likewise said to him, “Well done, good and faithful servant. You were faithful over a few things. I will make you ruler over many things. Enter into the joy of your Lord.” But the one with one talent, out of fear, buried his talent. When the master returned, he said, “Lord, I knew you to be a hard man, reaping where you have not sown and gathering where you have not scattered seed. I was afraid and hid your talent in the ground. Look, here is what is yours.”

The master rebuked him, calling him a wicked and lazy servant. He took the talent from him and gave it to the one who had ten talents, saying, “To everyone who has, more will be given, and he will have an abundance. But from the one who does not have, even what he has will be taken away.” The servant with five talents could have been tempted to relax, thinking he had received much. Yet, he worked faithfully. The servant with two could have envied the one with five, but instead, he worked faithfully with what he had. If you want to have plenty; if you want God to entrust you with more, be Faithful.

Faithfulness is required in every aspect of life: in ministry, in marriage, at work, and in our relationships. It pays to be faithful. God looks at our faithfulness with what we are entrusted with. He rewards it with more responsibility, more blessings, and greater opportunities. So I encourage you today, whatever God has given you—whether it seems small or insignificant—work faithfully with it. You prepare for where you are going by being faithful where you are. You prepare for where God is taking you by being faithful to where you are today. Let us remain faithful in all we do, trusting that God sees and will reward us in His time.

“See, everyone can pray for power. Yes, you can pray and pray, and power will come. But you see, authority, you cannot pray to receive authority. Authority is given by God. When you are faithful, He will give you authority. That is why He said, I have given you authority to trample upon serpents and scorpions. He gives it to you. So when the servant was faithful over the five talents, He said, Now I have given you authority to be a seer over many things. If you want to have authority, if you want God to entrust you, pray, God, give me nations. God, give me a large crowd. God, give me a company. God, give me this. And God gives you two people to disciple. Look at the two disciples. Those two people will lead to more. It depends on how you disciple them—that will determine your next level.

You may ask why. When we were under the tent, I had to prepare for the congregation, no matter how small. You can ask my wife. Sometimes, I would even spend two hours in preparation and reflection. That is what God observes—how you handle small responsibilities. Tomorrow, when He gives you greater responsibilities, like a large crowd He gave Pastor Yonggi Cho, He knows you will not take it for granted. You will prepare in the same way you prepared before. How faithful will you be with what God has given you?

If you want to rise, yes, God’s mercy will let you rise. But God will look at your faithfulness and choose you by that grace. Friday, when we were praying at the leaders’ meeting, I told them about Apostle Arome. He used to come to KNUST campus. He met with small groups. People didn’t know him. By then, I think I had encountered him through a friend once. He would come and meet with small groups, unnoticed by many. Today, those small groups have grown.

There was a man who used to preach in prisons. He needed a keyboardist, so Apostle Joshua Selman would carry his keyboard and follow the preacher to prisons. While the man preached, he played. The preacher didn’t always give him anything, except perhaps a word of thanks. Sometimes, after the meeting, they would share some Coke or Fanta but he was faithful with that. If you can be faithful over prisoners—those who are physically bound—God will give you a large crowd of prisoners who are spiritually bound, so that you will preach and save them. Because you were faithful over physical prisoners, God entrusts you with spiritual prisoners.

Luke 10:19 says, Behold, I give you authority to trample upon serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy, and nothing shall by any means hurt you. He gives us authority. Be faithful when you are given a task at church. Be faithful. Prepare to serve. Even if it’s for ten minutes, it pays to be faithful. God rewards faithfulness. He does. He does. He does.

In marriage, be faithful. In ministry, be faithful. Sometimes I deal with many people. Sometimes, you realize a person you are speaking to is so vulnerable. It makes me understand why some pastors take advantage of members. I truly understand how some exploit others, and it is wrong. For example, I know a lady who had bought everything for her marriage. Let me show the extent to which they had gone; the venue was fully paid. The photographer had received half-payment and all. Yet, the man cancelled at the last minute. She was vulnerable and confused. It’s in such moments that some take advantage, but God calls us to be faithful, to never exploit others.

On Thursday, after the online prayers, a woman called me. She prayed for me and said, May God reward you. May God bless you for being faithful. You never took advantage of me. That was a confirmation of the message I was preparing: to be faithful. At your workplace, be faithful. They may not like you. They may hate you for one or two reasons, but be faithful in the work you are assigned. Faithfulness matters.

I am not saying you should stay in a place where they want to harm you. Pray and ask God. If He confirms you should leave, then leave. If you are in ministry or anywhere else where you feel oppressed, seek God’s direction. I am not saying you should stay in a harmful marriage and suffer abuse. Faithfulness does not mean accepting harm. Sometimes, faithfulness means saying no. Yes, sometimes saying no is the most faithful thing you can do. When you read the story of Joseph, the Bible says that day by day, Potiphar’s wife tempted him, but he said no. It wasn’t a one-time event. The temptation was persistent until the day she physically grabbed him. Faithfulness brings and creates rewards. God will always look at how faithful you have been with what He has given you.

In marriage, be faithful. Marriage will demand a lot from you, but it is worth the effort. I remember when I was in a relationship with my wife. As young as I was, I had to trust God to guide us. After school, even with limited resources, I chose to do the right thing. I didn’t want to fall into temptation. God honoured that decision. I wasn’t even financially stable, but within a short time, God provided a place to stay, furniture, and everything we needed for the wedding. God proved Himself faithful because I trusted Him and made the right decision.

Faithfulness in relationships, in ministry, in parenting—it all matters. Fathers, be faithful to your children. Don’t leave all the responsibility to the mother. There are things only you can teach and handle as a father. Be faithful to your children. It’s not that you have money today, they go to school; you don’t have money tomorrow so they are at home. They go to school as and when you have money, no! Sometimes, some fathers can go 2 months without seeing their children. It’s not the best.

Nobody comes out of nowhere. It is out of faithfulness that God chooses people. Look at David. He was faithful in taking care of his father’s sheep. That faithfulness prepared him for greater battles, like facing Goliath. In the bush, when a lion or a bear attacked the sheep, David fought them off. That faithfulness in the bush made God say, I have found a man after My own heart. God saw how David took care of sheep and trusted him to take care of a nation.

Faithfulness pays. God sees how you handle small tasks and rewards you accordingly. Be faithful. Be faithful. No faithfulness goes unrewarded. Sometimes, you may feel unnoticed or unappreciated, but God is watching. Continue to be faithful. Tomorrow, He will reward you greatly.

    Let us rise and pray:
Lord, grant me the grace to remain faithful. In my ministry, my finances, my relationships, and my service to You help me to be faithful. In the mighty name of Jesus Christ, Amen.“

This is an excerpt from the message of God’s servant Prophet Andy Obeng-Kwakye preached on the 17th of November, 2024 at 11 am GMT. Prophet Andy Obeng-Kwakye is the Head Pastor of the GloryMount Nation in Accra, Ghana.

  • 2024: the Politically-Significant Year

The year 2024 has been a defining moment in global politics, with over 100 nations—including eight of the world’s ten most populous—holding elections. It is the year that saw the defeat of the globalist agenda. This is not a political post. This post exists to remind the church that God cares about the politics of nations and that God has His own purpose for the last days.

    Politics is God-involved

If you read the Scriptures from a political perspective, you would see it everywhere. God established a nation Himself, setting up a constitution from beginning to end. The book of Judges is basically about political figures God released to save His people. The kings and high priests are political authorities in the government of Israel. There are also prophets like Elijah and Elisha, who are nation prophets. Prophets like Nathan and Gad are prophets who minister to the king only. “The government shall rest upon His shoulders” is a prophecy concerning Jesus. So why are we discouraged from being involved in politics?

In these last days, God will raise the Josephs and Daniels and Mordecais. The mantle of Deborah and Esther shall fall upon our daughters. These people were born to lead in the administration of nations and have been specifically anointed to direct the affairs of their nation. If we discourage them from entering into politics, we leave the world of politics for the agents of evil. Their decisions at the top, regardless of our individual inputs, will affect everybody in the country. The politics of the world is different from the politics of the Kingdom, but that does not mean that politics itself is evil.

A Call to Repent from the Dilemma

To repent is to change one’s mind. Everybody, including godly people, want good things to happen in their lives but don’t expect the world to get any better. When I wrote The Paradox of Progress: Should the World Get Better or Worse?, I made mention of the fact that we expect our lives to get better but expect the world to get worse. Don’t get me wrong. The world is getting and will get worse but if that is our only conviction about the world, then we indirectly mean our lives getting better won’t have any impact on the world.

The Last Days didn’t start yesterday. It started at Pentecost. The book of Acts is called the Acts of the Apostles, not the Acts of the Apostates. The book of Revelation is called the Revelation of Jesus Christ, not the Revelation of the antichrist. Yes, evil will thrive but it won’t trample over us. Once we get this conviction, we won’t sit down for evil to rule us in the name of “that’s how it’s supposed to be because we are in the last days”. If the early church had that mindset, James and Peter would have died back-to-back in Acts 12.

The kingdom of darkness is not the primary focus of the last days. They are the reactionary ones. God predestined a tremendous Glory like never before on the latter house. So the kingdom of darkness decided to react to that by releasing great darkness like never before in these last days. The church is proactive, not reactive. That means that the last days was first of all predestined to be a time where the Glory of God is seen like never before. Guess what, we are seeing it but we are not noticing because we keep watching the reactions of the Kingdom of darkness.

There are several platforms across the world where miracles and testimonies are recorded and read every single day, including countless ones of people being raised from the dead. Do you want it to be written in another Bible so you know how glorious these times are? Are we taking it for granted because we expect evil to prevail? We pray to God to help us and our families and then step out only to curse the progress of our nation on a daily basis. We need to repent from this dilemma before we will see a sustainable revival in our politics.

“Ye though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil, for Thou art with me”. If we fear evil, it means we are clearly not convicted that God is indeed with us. “They that know their God shall be strong and do exploits”. If we lack exploits, it means we don’t know our God. This is the last days; it means there is an outpouring of the Spirit like never before. “In the last days, I will pour out my Spirit on all flesh”. However, “the Spirit expressly says that in the last days, many shall depart from the faith, giving heed to seducing spirits”. The best and worst will happen in the last days. Always remember, light shines the brightest in the utter darkness. The smallest beam of light can penetrate the heaviest thickness of darkness. Arise and Shine!

Because there will be a great awakening, a great falling away makes it more substantial. Can a nation be totally captivated to God? Of course! We just haven’t explored the possibility yet. It doesn’t take eternity for God to do something eternal. “Can a nation be born in a day? But as soon as Zion travailed…” Our nation can be turned around in a day. It starts from dreaming with God to take over the nation. We usually pray for the hearts and wills of the people but it is time to take captive the politics of countries and bring it to the obedience of Christ.

    The Silent Majority

The US elections revealed that America has not wholly embraced the LGBTQ+ agenda, the transgender movement, or the normalization of abortion. We kept seeing gays and lesbians in every film and we kept quiet. Mainstream narratives have often presented LGBTQ ideas as universally accepted, but the elections highlighted a silent majority that rejects these ideologies. For years, this majority was led to believe it was outnumbered. The minority who propagated LGBTQ+ were in high places, forcing the narrative on the public. Through media-driven narratives, public shaming, and cancel culture, anyone who spoke against them in the US was painted as backward, intolerant, and divisive.

Christians and conservatives found themselves silenced for speaking the truth, often labeled as judgmental, hateful, or divisive. Simultaneously, movements championing LGBTQ+ rights and liberal freedoms framed themselves as voices of love, tolerance, and compassion. This rebranding suppressed opposition, creating an environment where questioning such ideologies came with the risk of severe societal consequences. The West almost forced this agenda on Africa. However, the Truth won in America in 2024. Let us see what God is doing in politics throughout the world. Most of the globalist Satanists lost their elections. God is moving; let us move with Him.

    Leadership: The Principle of Headship

    Leadership determines a nation’s moral direction. In the book of 1 and 2 Kings, there were several instances where the king turned the hearts of the people away from God. Leadership is the compass that can either guide a society toward righteousness or lead it astray. If we leave politics to the perpetrators of evil, they will endorse evil for us all according to the principles of headship. We no more want leaders who think politics has nothing to do with God, only to get elected and be influenced by evil agendas. For societal decay or sin to be normalized, two avenues are often taken by the devil;

    1. The will of the people can be manipulated toward accepting the wrong as right.

    2. Leadership can impose its will, regardless of the will of the people.

This is why leadership matters. Without morally upright and courageous leaders, a nation’s values can be shaped by those who dominate the narrative. As Myles Munroe aptly stated, “A flock of sheep led by a lion will always defeat a pride of lions led by a sheep.” The U.S. elections highlighted this principle. A vocal minority of leaders once dictated the agenda, but the elections revealed that the silent majority still holds values that cannot be ignored.

The lessons from these elections call for the active involvement of godly people in politics. Many godly individuals shy away from political careers, perceiving the arena as corrupt or evil. However, this is precisely why principled individuals are needed. When morally grounded leaders abstain from politics, they leave a void, allowing others to impose ideologies that do not reflect the values of the majority. The COVID-19 pandemic provided a stark reminder of the power of government. Government had the authority to close churches and criminalize worship gatherings, highlighting how leadership shapes not just economic policies but also moral and spiritual freedoms. If the wolf leads the flock, the devil directs the course of the nation.

It is time to raise a generation of leaders—lions who will not be swayed by the tides of popular opinion but will stand as beacons of truth and righteousness. Let us rise and stand in the gap and interceed for the nations for their hearts to turn back to God. When the nations were roaring and raging in Psalm 2:1, Jesus still declared the decree of the Father; “…I will give you the nations for your inheritance…”. The nations are the LORD’s. Let’s contend for the nations. As the saying goes, “For evil to triumph, it only takes good men to do nothing.” We ought to rise and say, “not on our watch! Not in our generation!”. Will evil still exist, yes! Will it prevail? No! Period.
